Sliding door does not close right. two crank out windows very hard to open or close
Finished Job was Outstanding.
Replace most windows on our home.NO problems NO stress. Do professional work and on time.
I had windows installed maybe15 years or so and was very pleased, that’s why I called Northwest Exteriors again in 2021. You can look around my neighborhood and see the difference in Anlin Windows and the difference in quality.
This is our second experience with Northwest. Couldn’t be happier. They even did my sister’s house!
Ken the estimator was wonderful and the installation crew worked for the windows and siding projecthard to complete the job as quickly as possible.
The team that came worked diligently, quickly, professionally, and left no mess behind. They cleaned up very well and it looked so much better than before they arrived. We really loved working with Northwest Exteriors and they made the entire project run smoothly and quickly.
They were very efficient, very fair in price, and very gracious when they were here. They cleaned up everything, and the quality of the windows is fantastic.
They did a quality job!
They have good quality windows.
Seems expensive. Project was several weeks late beyond written promise date.
We replaced six windows, a double pane and a triple pane sliding glass door with Anlin's newest energy efficient vinyl framed products. Our salesman was Mr. Scott Harold. Mr. Harold was knowledgeable about the product lines that Northwest installs. Mr. Harold did not pressure us into a sale or try to up-sell us. We took some time to think about it and called them back to make a bid on our replacement project. We were pleased that we had the option to determine which sliding glass door panel to open, allowing us greater flexibility with our current furniture floor plan. All staff honored Covid-19 precautions, were thorough and quick. The installing crew did not mind my watching them and asking questions as they progressed. They removed each old window one at a time and installed the replacement window before going on to the next. Six windows took them a day to install. When all the windows were in place, they completed the caulking, sealing, insulation and trim from inside the house. On the second day, the sliding doors were more challenging for the installers, but they took it in stride. At the end of each day, the installers cleaned up before they left. We noticed an immediate drop in our utility bills after installation. We took advantage of their CARES Act free installation offer as well as a Veteran's discount. The windows are beautiful and energy efficient. We found the Anilin product line to be competitive. In addition, Anilin and Northwest provides a superior double life-time warranty as well as the addition of free replacement in the event the window is accidentally broken. We are pleased with our selection. Our only regret is that Anilin does not offer a replacement garden window. Thank you.
Northwest Exteriors was very clean and very fast.
The gentleman they sent was pro
Excellent professional service, they cleaned up and provided a follow-up.
The process went very smoothly. They were very efficient and kept us well informed. I am pleased with the overall result.
They were excellent to work with, and I would refer them to anybody.
Northwest Exteriors had a good reputation, and they came through and delivered it at every level!
They left the place cleaner than when they got here!
They were quick and accurate, and did the job well. They knew what they were doing when installing the James Hardy board. I would share pictures if the company is interested. The window installation is very professional. Their bid was well within the range of other bids I had received.
I am happy with them.
A previous owner used Northwest to have new energy efficient windows installed. Recently one window broke. I reached out to Northwest and they helped me coordinate with Anlin, the window manufacturer. The new window was installed by Anlin. I also used Northwest to order a new window for my bedroom. The room only has one small window and I will be adding a new one in the back.
We are happy with our windows and doors but felt like we were misled on the timeframe for when our installation would take place.
They did a very nice job.
This is a pretty structure.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Northwest Exteriors as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
