They were wonderful, they did what they said they would do! I would give them 10 stars. I will probably use them again this summer. They were extremely wonderful!

North Shore did a good job and they were very professional. They left the job site clean after the completion of the work.

The job was completed as promised and on budget.

The men did a beautiful job of removing brick, restoring the lintil, and tuckpoihting and a difficult area overna rounded bay. They also tuckpointed my garage, which had a lot of trouble spots.

North Shore replaced cracked mortar and secured several loose bricks at the base of my house. Some others were replaced for cosmetic reasons, while fresh caulking was applied as needed to my windows. The guys arrived early and made sure I was completely satisfied. Communication from the company was outstanding from beginning thru my job's completion. Owner Les O'Hara stopped by to confirm my satisfaction, although he didn't wear a face covering. Cleanup could have been a touch better as I found old caulk left on the property. But, I'm nitpicking. North Shore's work is top-notch and I highly recommend them.

North Shore brick rebuilt my chimney for me. They did a great job and came out quickly. I spoke with jaye and phillipa who answered all my questions in a timely manner.

The communication was challenging at times.

They are friendly, knowledgeable, and do great work. Scheduling can be a little hard, which is why this isn't a 5-out-of-5 review.

They did a good job. I did have to point out the things they missed after they said they were done.

If you want a different color motor then your existing one .i had two different color ,they told me that when it dries it would match 2 weeks latter still the same color . They had to come out and redo after Arguing with them .

My brickwork is falling part and it has only been a year.
