I don't always have the best experiences with them, so when it came to my house I was nervous. The painter was fine, but a little odd. At pointed painted the trim in our kitchen and open spaces (due to cold, I get it, but still felt very odd). And she was a. Bit slow, so ended up bringing a helper to the job that was never really introduced to us. The helper was very nice but felt like an oops I didn’t realize how much time this project would take and I need help from a friend. Didn’t seem to have anticipated our vaulted windows so brought a helper to stand at bottom of ladder for two days.

Despite a couple of manufacturer issues, North Face Contractors were outstanding, in terms of communication, professionalism, and work quality. If the need arises, North face contractors will be our first choice!

Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize Tony, he has bene great throughout the whole process. This is the second time we have used you. We had a hail storm in 2018 which was much worse than this one. We came back to Tony with no problems. Also, his wife Andrea, she was very good. She was the go between between the insurance company and myself. She ironed out more problems that I didn't even understand. It was a good thing that she was there. Also, Tony's sister that works long distance, Andy. All three of them were top flight. His subcontractors were very good, particularly the roof guys and his painter. I have used his painter for a couple of personal projects. He was very good. When you have a bad situation, these are the kind of people you want to have.

Areas For Improvement - They reinstated the quality of our house due to what they did. If we went to sell it it would be 15 years old and the roof is only two years old. It's that kind of work and excellence that I really appreciated.

Areas Of Satisfaction - This has never happened before so I'm not sure what my expectations were. I had one other claim in forty years. This one was a monster, the whole neighborhood got wiped out. I was satisfied with their level of professionalism. I had a feeling of confidence in Tony, that he was straight forward and wanted us to be satisfied. He kept it all within the estimate from the insurance company, other than the deductibles. Everything came out on target, there were not surprises.

This group of craftsmen were definitely experts. The entire experience went so smoothly and without problems. I have never been so relaxed during any project involving workmen in the house.
