I think the project was not done as quoted and the job was rushed

They're very easy and comfortable to work with. They're very professional.

Everyone was extremely professional.

The values don't match what the representative shows in the contract. They tell you one thing, but when everything starts rolling, it is something else. So, there is a lot of fine print that must be read or understood in order for you to know what you're doing because the fine prints aren't thoroughly discussed while the representative is sitting there.

My rating of a three is because of how the project was handled and quality of work. The windows themselves are fine, but there were other factors.

I am likely to recommend NEWPRO to a friend because they came in to do the job and were very efficient, very clean, and they finished sooner than they had estimated.

My only problem with NEWPRO was before I called them, I called Anderson, and they offered me a better deal with financing. NEWPRO's interest is high, so I am paying off the door in three months. I am very happy with the job they did, and if someone asked me, I would recommend them. The only thing I didn't like was the financing. Other companies offered 12 months no interest. I paid the whole thing in three months because it was high interest. Besides that, I am happy with the job they did.

The installation staff are courteous, polite, and I felt safe with them in my home!

The quality of the installation was poor, and they exceeded the scheduled installation time.

They did not communicate with each other. They would call me back about something I had already decided on. They need to learn to communicate with each other.

I had no problems with the workmanship and the product, it was strictly the pricing.

The final work quality was fantastic, it was like pulling teeth for communication during the project, from changing install dates to, just trying to run down people for questions. So if you can deal with challenging communication the end result is fantastic.

From soup to nuts, the whole process was simple, staraight forward and professionally done.

Any questions that I had, they answered to the best of their knowledge. The salesperson, Andrew, is awesome. He returns your phone calls and is always on a one on one basis. It was all around a pleasant experience.

The appointment was easy to get. There was a little bit of a hiccup with the communication, but that was all resolved and taken care of pretty easily. They got here lickety-split and took care of the issues we had. I can't say anything bad about them. It wasn't completely smooth, but they were professional in the way they handled it.
