I liked that they stuck to the schedule that was presented at the time of sale. I was not a fan of the somewhat high pressure pricing model, meaning if you sign now the cost is X, if you want to wait to decide then it would be X plus a significant amount.

I am very pleased with the updated look of my bathroom. But, as a follow up to No. 4 perhaps sending a plumber to view and assess what the designer proposes and to determine if it is feasible and workable would be an improvement.

If I had a friend in need of a home repair, I would actively recruit her to pursue Newpro
to bid on the project. Newpro met and exceeded my expectations on every point. Their standards are very high.

I think the product is good, I like that the company is local, and you had a perfect match for my wood framed windows in the dining room. That was a product that no other company offered.

Steve, the sales person, was very nice, and provided no high pressure. I had gone through that with another company. Steve was more like a friend by the time we got through ordering the new slider.

From the very start when your rep Chuck McStay came over and you were the last of 4 different companies I had give a pitch and it wasn't necessarily about the money because everyone was in the same ballpark but it was the fact Chuck brought over samples of the hardware and the tile and the floor and he was incredibly personable. Not to mention he told me I could call him with any issues which I did and he explained exactly what the issue was that had zero to do with newpro but was an issue with the property mgr of my condo..

The worker was terrific. However, the product is not the quality I would have expected for
such a high price (well above other options). Also, a curtain and plastic liner do not prevent
water from getting on the floor.

Cost high

We have been satisfied clients of Alure for decades and have used Alure for many home improvement projects and recommended them to family and friends. However, this last experience was a major disappointment both with respect to the materials installed, expertise and supervision of the project resulting in a suboptimal product. Finally there was no meaningful adjustment made to acknowledge what even Alure has described as ‘We have never seen this problem before’.

Please make it easier to contact the sales representative, design consultant and installer during and after the project to ensure satisfaction.

Noone has come out to inspect the final job. Its paid in full

They were off schedule. They clearly stated that the construction of my new bathroom would happen 6-8 weeks after forming the deal, but it happened 12 weeks later, which only happened due to me constantly following up and requesting updates from the company because they lacked communication. Three weeks after they “finished,” now only part of my bathroom is constructed as we’re still waiting for my sink to be installed. Overall, I do not recommend NEWPRO because of this experience. Work on your communication skills and time management.

NEWPRO's performance was totally adequate

I would not recommend NewPro to my friends due to a high cost, I don't think it's competitive, though the overall quality of the doors is good. Also too many mistakes, and the project took 3.5 month to complete

Alex was on time, very courteous, & respectful of our home. Everyday he would leave our house clean. Alex was very professional & did a great job.

Installation was great but no follow-up. We also said we did not want to finance and thought we were signing to set installation then found out they put it through financing!

The demolition went well and the reconstruction of the bathroom was amazing! Our main man Freddy is a very gifted installer!
We are very happy to employ ALURE!
