I am not happy with the bathroom, I have already had to have them come back for the floor. The guy worked hard. I am now seeing where there are problems. The plumber came and drained something in my basement, now whatever he drained, something is leaking. I noticed the other day that they put caulking around the bottom of the shower. I just had this done in April, and it is already discoloring and molding. My understanding was that in the shower it goes from the floor to the ceiling. However, in one part of the shower where the shower head and handle are goes to the ceiling, but the other two sides there is a half inch gap where it does not go to the ceiling. I am not happy with that because what if that discolors and starts to mold, then what am I going to do.

I would only recommend Newport if Al Bettencourt is doing the work

The window should go into it's own casing not relying on a old windows casing that could be rotten

I believe that Newpro used an unfair business practice during the quote/install process. I was given a fixed quote by a salesperson who claimed to have many years experience selling Newpro siding. Yet on the first day of the installation, the installer immediately discovered that $2,500 dollars worth of material was not included. I was forced to accept this increase. I feel that this was not my fault and I should not have had to pay for Newpro’s oversight in the quote process.

Professional, experienced, work performed around your schedule

NEWPRO came to install a shower. It took them four times to finish the shower. The remnants of the old shower fell downstairs and made a mess. No one cleaned it up until it was pointed out to them. They did not remove the plumber's waste in the cellar. NEWPRO had to put in a new showerhead. They messed up the seat in the bathroom. The seat did not fit or work. Another guy came to fix it. Overall, I am not too happy with NEWPRO.

They were pleasant to deal with, and the staff was knowledgeable.

They were so good at what they did made sure my house was covered my floors while working so polite couldn't ask for any one better

Like the quality of NewPro products and they've always have been good to work with. Have used them for several home improvement projects.

The work itself, as far installation of doors, was good; I was surprised when they left, the site could have been cleaned up better.

Initially, I would have selected 'very likely.' The modification and shower installation was very professional with very friendly workers. The shower initially was very acceptable. However, after a few days we noticed a discoloration in the shower caddy, and the white caulking throughout the shower was becoming a yellowish-brown. The new shower was grey, so I am confused as to why a grey caulking was not utilized. We did call your company and the representative was very courteous and responsive to our complaint; we are now waiting for the rectification of this problem (it has been less than a week as the new caddy has to be ordered).

I cannot recommend a company that still owes me $391.00. The representative said he would mail the check too me. I have mail app. from the post office so I know what is coming in the mail. No one took any of my mail. So that means this company is not honest with owing money to customers. Not good for business. Do not go with any company that lies about sending money that they owe you.

I have had 3 different projects done with NewPro, and every one was done to perfection!!
They were prompt, and kept me informed all through the projects, and the quality of materials, and workmanship, were great!!
