This is our 4th project with Neil Kelly and we are very pleased with each one.

This is our second project with Neil Kelly, Bend. I have already recommended many friends to them, should the opportunity present itself, and would not hesitate to work with them again.

I would not recommend Neil Kelly- Bend to a friend. There were so many things wrong. Neil Kelly- Bend promised to be very attentive to the subcontractors that came to our home, which did not happen. They overshot the finish date by twice as long of a timeframe.

The Bend Neil Kelly team is amazing. I've worked with them on several projects in my home; energy efficiency improvements, new kitchen, new laundry room, an entire ADU build and not to mention all the Handyman services for things my dog ate. Ray the project manager is a great communicator and I really appreciate the weekly project updates. When something pops up, he is responsive and quick to come up with a solution including helping us stay in budget for projects.

I would highly recommend Neil Kelly for any construction/remodel project. They are expensive, but they will deliver a very nice finished product.

Jimmy Gentry is one of the best contractors/workmen I've worked with. He does careful and thorough work. He is responsible and helpful and honest. Just really a nice guy!

The final product is excellent. The workman and managers were polite and professional. But for the high cost I expected better communication between the project manager and the homeowner. There were weeks when no-one showed up and I did not get good communication from the project manager about what was happening.

The kitchen design and quality of work was excellent. Project scheduling could use some improvement.

I am used to Neil Kelly in Portland doing a scrupulous job of planning the remodel, keeping the site clean and completing it on time. None of these have happened in our Bend experience.

Talented, very professional with great communication and scheduling. Neil Kelly has just completed the remodel of our kitchen which we love, and they have also remodeled our two bathrooms prior to this. First class on all three projects and we are extremely happy!

Very pleased with the work on our kitchen remodel. The general contractor was wonderful to work with--organized, skilled, responded quickly to any issues, and kept the project on schedule. The entire crew was professional and conscientious. Special kudos to the lead carpenter, whose skill and attention to detail were fantastic.

Neil Kelly has taken on more work than they can manage to adequately satisfy the customers that they have. They have way too many projects for the workforce that they have.
