We have worked with Neil Kelly in both Portland and Bend — four homes in over 25 years. They have never disappointed us — quality and service are first class!

I used used you before and thought of you first to do this work.

The communication was not great between the design and build team.

We got exactly what we envisioned with the specific products I requested. Interruptions by subs was kept to a minimum due to the creative addition of a construction entrance where a window was to be later installed.

Neil Kelly walked us through the entire process at our first meeting. They were very detailed on what the process would entail, including the initial steps to get the project started.

All around a highly satisfying experience. You never have to worry when you use Neil Kelly Company.

I would not recommend Neil Kelly- Bend to a friend. There were so many things wrong. Neil Kelly- Bend promised to be very attentive to the subcontractors that came to our home, which did not happen. They overshot the finish date by twice as long of a timeframe.

The Bend Neil Kelly team is amazing. I've worked with them on several projects in my home; energy efficiency improvements, new kitchen, new laundry room, an entire ADU build and not to mention all the Handyman services for things my dog ate. Ray the project manager is a great communicator and I really appreciate the weekly project updates. When something pops up, he is responsive and quick to come up with a solution including helping us stay in budget for projects.

I would highly recommend Neil Kelly for any construction/remodel project. They are expensive, but they will deliver a very nice finished product.

Jimmy Gentry is one of the best contractors/workmen I've worked with. He does careful and thorough work. He is responsible and helpful and honest. Just really a nice guy!

We've worked with Neil Kelly on multiple projects, and have always been highly pleased with the quality of their work and customer service.

The final product is excellent. The workman and managers were polite and professional. But for the high cost I expected better communication between the project manager and the homeowner. There were weeks when no-one showed up and I did not get good communication from the project manager about what was happening.

The kitchen design and quality of work was excellent. Project scheduling could use some improvement.

Guaranteed to love the finished project. Worth every penny spent.
