This shower offers security to our home because now we don't have to worry about falling after bathing.

Just upset about what was installed. My husband is 6’4” and takes showers, and we were to have gotten the pole for the extended shower attached with a hand held shower head as well, and the glass enclosure.
Now that I’m trying to get ahold of them since Monday (2 calls to the sales rep, and a text, then 1 call to the finance mgr) today is Thursday and NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. Very disappointed!!!
