They did everything that was promised did it well quickly good crew put it all together teamwork then one day excellent work to Robert Armstrong's crew
Everyone from the the sales to the scheduling to the installation were top notch!!
Top of the line, throughout our experience with Mad City Baths. Couldn’t be more happy.
Friendly and knowledgeable sales representative. Skillful and respectful technician. good-quality products.
They were prompt snd stuck to their timelines.
The most important element in the deal we like is the one stop service that covers from the installation to the future possible issues all by one company.
Crew did an excellent job!
I liked the fact that the timing of this job was up to mead to when I was able to have the shower put in. The job WAS done in a day and my home was respected by the one man crew. Mess was cleaned up like nothing ever happened. So very satisfied with the over all installation
The overall construction of these windows is top of the line. We live close to the highway and these windows have muted the sound significantly. Cleaning and operation of the windows is easy. Can't wait to see how much these new windows will cut into our heating bill
The windows were not evenly stained. There were white spots in places and the corner miters often were connected with excess glue or slips of wood that were not smoothed down to match the thickness of the 2 pieces of wood. And then, often the stain didn't sink into the miter glue, so that there were white spots showing. // The narrow frame that was nailed on around the window inset was a different color than I expected- it made the window two-toned ( but that could have been something I misunderstood when choosing the window frame color). Anyway, the effect is unsettling. // Plus, the windows were hard to open, compared to what was shown when we decided to order these replacement windows. In fact, one of the slides didn't work at all, until I pushed really hard- and then it made a popping sound. I thought something had broken, but it turned out (when an installer came to see about it) that a piece of wood or liner had been in the way along the track. He also sprayed the tracks of all the windows with silicone to make them slide more easily. These were upright slider windows, not double hungs. // Therefore the screens are on the outside, and I realized too late that I can't really wash the outsides of the windows without being on the outside of the house to take off the screens. Unfortunately one of the double-wide windows is above our basement patio, which puts it about 20 feet from the ground. Again, I didn't grasp the problem before choosing the slider combo for that room, but perhaps the salesman could have pointed that out. //By the way, the screens did not always meet snuggly at the corners, either.// Also, while I approved of the clean-up job the installer did, later I found lots of small white dust-like pieces and little white strips of plastic-looking bits that were on the window sills, floors, and in the tracks for opening and shutting the windows. They impeded the ability of the windows to slide open.// Finally, while my order contract was stamped with the words, "Lifetime transferable, non-prorated, all-inclusive warranty on parts, workmanship, glass breakage, screen repair, and gas fill - no trip fees," the packet I received after the windows were put in said "limited lifetime warranty," and had a page of small print giving all the specifics that did not seem so easy-peasy and all encompassing.// PS. We thought we were told that the windows were made by the company, implying somewhere near Madison, but found that they were manufactured elsewhere, since Mad City is part of a larger organization in many states. Also we were told that the installers were part of the company, not hired outside the company. But Dave told my husband that he was contracted as an individual installer doing 'piece-work' (our term), so to speak.
Salesman presented information - assuming is accurate. Stated Mad City uses it’s own installers - does not contract out. Installer said he owns his own business & does installation for Mad City. No follow-up from salesman which we were expecting per his presentation, nor return call.
Man who came to measure left a mess by the windows he took the woodwork apart at to measure. Blinds were rehung sloppily.
One defective window at installation- waiting for replacement, has been one week, per installer, expected in a couple of days to a couple of weeks.
All personnel encountered were professional, yet personable. The quality of your products is unquestionable and installers perfectionist. When the job was done, it was as if no one and no mess ever entered the picture. Value always equals satisfaction and Mad City could write the training guide.
Quality service & products.
Quality, ease of installation, and Life time guarantee.
I was very impressed with every aspect of the overall experience dealing with this company, I would Highly recommend Mad City to friends and family
2 of my windows have issues
I'm more so disappointed over the cost of the shower. I really think we got swindled a bit as the sales tactics were kind of brutal.
I cannot give a 10 because that shows perfection but he was close to it.
I don't know because I could not finish reading what you texted.
The whole process is great.
The workers were great
Was so easy. From the salesperson to the final cleanup. It really could not have went any better.
They were fast at doing. There job
The cost of our project was way too high, It should have cost $10,000 00 less than the final invoice.
The price is right.
