Workers were efficient, not intrusive and left windows and work areas clean. They did a pretty decent job of not damaging the plants under the windows too.

It was a great experience from the first phone call to the installation. Everything went smoothly and they worked with my schedule. Everyone was polite and professional.

The dimensions of the tub are not what I was led to believe. When I spoke to the people in NC, they couldn’t have cared less.

The installers were great. The sales rep and the measurer for the product required more training. Which caused inconsistency,miscommunication and delays.

Everything with Mad City Windows and Baths has lived up to my expectations of what a company should perform like. Customer service is outstanding. I feel like my satisfaction is important to everyone that I have dealt with so far, from the salesman to the installer to the follow-up calls.

The service was excellent! Reuben did a fantastic job of removing the tub and installing the new shower. There was a disconnect on the shelving to be installed. However, installation manager assured me that would be addressed.

I knew, before I said yes, that this is kind of pricey for my friends and family. It will take me a long time to pay it off.

i am very pleased with the installation and the look and function of the new door. There were some "glitches" in the ordering process and paperwork, but all in all, I am very pleased. The actual door is great!

Michael did a fantastic job with the installation of the new shower unit. It looks so beautiful with the tile coloring, the safety bars, the sliding glass doors, the shelves and just having a larger shower.

The end product is amazing!
