I liked everything they did all the way from the salesman to the guy that came down and measured everything to the installer

I was very impressed with Mr. Tim Corte, our installer. He made sure the handicapped grab bars were installed at the best height for my husband.

I wanted windows set to outside wall, line up.

The employees are top notch!

Time between first contact to project completion was very short, compared to previous projects done by other companies. The young lady, Leticia, who did almost all the work by herself, was extremely polite and worked with minimal interruptions (generally due to our questions). We would not hesitate to call Mad City for any future projects we might need.

The windows are awesome! Very tight fitting compared to the old Windows in our 50 year old home. Triple pain glass with a polarized tint is like wearing sunglasses when looking out in the bright sunshine.

Everything on time, very good work, when done you couldn't tell any one had been there except for the beautiful new windows.

For the amount that we were charged the workmanship does not met our expectations. There are wavy cuts and not straight. We have an area that doesn't adhere the the wall ( we can push in on it and see it come back). Our bathrooms were out of commission for three days when we were told that it would be a one day install. The overflow cap is not secured to the tub. They couldn't caulk around our tub because the gap was to wide, but nothing was said to us about that or given options to fix, the technician never said anything about it or gave us any options to fix, they just left without saying anything. The ceiling in one bathroom doesnt have smooth caulk lines, it was caulked between areas where the crews were taken out. Thjis is more a $10,000 install and not a $28,000 + install. On contract it wasnt marked as to pattern to be installed and instead of clling us it was chosen for us.

They did an excellent job from start to finish on my new shower. It’s absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this company for any work. Especially Joe S.

Great team, made a competitive offer and got the job done in one day. Cleaned up after the job and were pros the whole way through.

Price was reasonable, sales person was knowledgeable and showed us all options and let us decide, installation was excellent and professional.

Two installations were done, the second six month past original commitment. The first was very professional, the second (different crew) was less so.

We received our windows on cold damp weather and the installers worked non stop to replace the old 125 year old single pane windowsand we began seeing improving in our once draft rooms to comfort. The job they did and the quality windows are going to save our energy bills from sky rocketing. We're very pleased with the quality workmanship and professional attitude of the installers.
