It was a very quick install. The guys were friendly and didn't mind us coming in now and then to get progress pictures.
Already have, One of our neighbors saw the sign in our yard as they were walking buy and asked about it.
If you don't mind waiting this is a great service. If you are in a rush to get the bathroom back in order you will want to pass. The wait time to get to your project is long.
No
Installed in one day and crew was very friendly and considerate of our belongings and cleaned up after themselves.
We felt the sales person answered all our questions. The installers were efficient and professional.
Lower cost of products.
Courteous, professional and knowledgeable employees
Dang, we’re family friend One, and very good *** courteous
The door was professionally installed greatly improving my house's appearance.
I didn't realize that the windows were smaller then the ones I had. The tub is not flat surface on bottom. The tub has a dip in it.
We were told that our floor would be fixed as well including the purchase and it never was fixed
Everything looks great and the entire process went pretty smooth. There were a couple small hiccups, but all the staff helped to get everything rolling.
Installer Chris was amazing. Super cool guy, took the time to explain stuff to me, and did an amazing job
Very friendly and personable. Installation was awesome
Mad City "worst case" pricing protects the company when they need to do more than anticipated, but is a poor value proposition for the homeowner when they do less than anticipated. The transferrable lifetime warranty was misrepresented, since the fine print says it is only transferrable for two years.
Everyone I recommend it to thanks I paid too much
Mad city employees were great from the first quote appointment until the installation. They were very thorough and came out double check the measure and design. The counter was installed in one day and they cleaned up everything after. I am very satisfied.
They are nice and friendly, and professionals .
Awesome job
Even though it was a relatively smaller project, the challenge of removing a tub and installing a walk-in shower in a 100-year-old house was a job I didn't want to touch. With plaster and lathe, as well as somewhat crooked walls, we were pleasantly surprised the entire project was completed in one day!
The installer, Phil and plumber, Ray were very good to work with.
The installer did very good work you mooshould consider giving him a raise !!
Installation team was very professional and efficient. They completed the job in one day as promised.
Great people but too pushy with wanting people to schedule an appointment ASAP followed by too many texts and phone calls - do not like how you make us rate the salesperson just helping to schedule an appointment with them right in front of us and how you do that for the window installers too - awkward for all & you aren’t getting a true response since it’s awkward for all…
Salesperson Brad was great but we were not expecting him to be at our house for 3 hours - this is way too long and the presentation was very sales pitchy and awkward and just too long. We should have been informed it would be this long as our time is limited during the week working full-time jobs.
I wasn’t told by anyone that my windows would have to be flush to the trim before they were ordered and installed which is not a typical look for windows based on numerous people I asked - so now I have to invest in new blinds as well and was not planning this expense plus I don’t like the look of blinds over the windows & would not have invested this much money had someone been upfront with me that this would be the case. You owed me this explanation prior to purchasing the windows.
The installers were great and Andy Zook was helpful.
