Chris Brooks was amazing to work with from when he first inspected my roof, then attended my insurance adjuster's inspection, explained all materials & work to be done, went over contract slowly & in detail, worked around my schedule in order for me to paint house and make repairs before roof installation, inspected the final job, and finally delivered warranty & final paperwork in a timely manner.
They were really good to work with, and got the job done in a timely manner.
The tech came out and removed the leaves from our gutters. No problems with water stoppage.

Throughout the whole process of having our home’s roof replaced, Chris, Chala, & Doug were always respectful, friendly, and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with them and their crew. We had somewhat of a hard time getting our insurance provider to cover costs of replacing our hailed damaged roof in the beginning, but we really appreciate the honest advice and confidence from Chris and Doug which led to our claim being approved. Also, Lone Star roofing crew installed our new roof in a timely manner, didn’t do any damage, and did a really great job. I really appreciate how they told us ahead of time how to keep certain breakable household items, wall hangings or outdoor items safe during the roof work.

Choosing a roofing contractor can be a leap of faith. I don't regret my choice in selecting Lone Star Roofing. The owner Doug and his son Chris took good care of me throughout the process. My only gripe was the roofers got a little sloppy and left some exposed shingle nails. This was later addressed to my satisfaction.
