Pleasant, courteous, pleased with the roof. Only complaint is that my house number and my door bell is not functional after the install. I had not noticed they were out until my neighbor down the street brought it to my attention. He said it was that way with other roofing jobs and they had to go up and either reconnect or plug in the wires in the attic or under the roof. We are still waiting for that to happen . I made Chris aware of it a couple of weeks ago but we haven't had the problem corrected yet.
They did a wonderful job on the patio deck and the roof.

When I called for a roof repair, they showed up immediately and took care of it quickly. Explained every detail and showed me pictures of my damage before repair and then pictures of the finished repair. I was very pleased.
Due to a hail storm, most houses in our area had their roofs replaced. Based upon a positive experience several years ago when we ungraded to 6" gutters Lone Star Roofing & Gutters installed when we had the house repainted, we were comfortable with them. Many of our neighbors that used other vendors had lots of broken promises and poor workmanship... We are so happy we went with Lonestar Roofing & Gutters! Honest and trustworthy.
From the beginning process to the end, all staff was very professional. I knew what I was going to purchase, but also valued the recommendations made by the experienced staff. They answered every question I had whether it was regarding the materials used, the timeline, and questions about the invoice.
