Great service! Actually took my request to see where the damage/leaks were at in the attic. Took great time to explain how it would be corrected with one sheet of decking new shingles and and waterproofing sealant. Arrived at appointed time, did a perfect job, and cleaned every thing up.

They were a good value and did good work, but it took frustratingly long (close to a year) to finish the brickwork and replace solar vents. In the end we were pleased with the work and they made things right by replacing the non-working solar vents completely at their cost. If I were to recommend them it would be with this caveat.

Chris Brooks was amazing to work with from when he first inspected my roof, then attended my insurance adjuster's inspection, explained all materials & work to be done, went over contract slowly & in detail, worked around my schedule in order for me to paint house and make repairs before roof installation, inspected the final job, and finally delivered warranty & final paperwork in a timely manner.

They were really good to work with, and got the job done in a timely manner.

Also, Lone Star roofing crew installed our new roof in a timely manner, didn’t do any damage, and did a really great job. I really appreciate how they told us ahead of time how to keep certain breakable household items, wall hangings or outdoor items safe during the roof work.
