Price a little steep.
My gutters leak at all 4 elbows. I called and repair people came and said they didn’t have the right equipment. And left and never came back.
The price seemed to be a game with the salesman. Someone called into the office and I would say it was too high. They would call again and talk about it and then they would give me another price. I would say no and they would call someone else and talk about it and then offer a lower price. They lowered the priced about 3 or 4 times. I agreed on a price, but I never got that price. I never received the agreed upon price because I called at 4:30 to accept it and they said I had to call the same day to get it. I ddi call the same day but since it was at 4:30 they said I called after business hours. That was unpleasant I think there is a lot of deceit in that.
The overall experience working with LeafGuard of New England wasn't fun.
Everything was okay, except when they did the gutter change, it didn't match.

It is a wonderful product. For seniors, it is the best product because we have to realize we must be in safe conditions. With LeafGuard, we don't have to climb up on a ladder or wait for someone to come to us. It is delivered clean, in good condition, and with no worries.

Showed up unannounced twice, including initial installation; inside corners leaked repeatedly - had to return 3x to fix; now have water leaking down between back of new gutter and existing fascia when it rains, which never leaked before.
the mine gutter was like a river right in the middle after it was installed, i called the company and they said they would send someone to no avail so i contacted the guys that installed it and they were out by the house a few days after and fixed the problem. however the gutter on the renters side was installed and the run down was left halfway through the yard making it a danger for the renters and i"m unable to mow the lawn in that area, i have reached out to the office and to the manager left several VM on each number that this company gave me and got through once however they said they would have someone out in early October and to this date the downspout is still in the middle of the yard. yet I'm still paying a ridiculous amount of money for the service that your company provided which does NOT seam to be worth the money... it is too much hassle to deal with your company and not what i was promised. in the communication between the office and the work crew is lacking, the sales guy didn't have experience and quoted me like $1000 over for material that would not be needed and work that would not get done. your office also took a down payment of $500 once with the sales guy and then again after the office noticed that they had not received it however i am still not seeing this 500$ down payment in the monthly bills that i'm getting... it is a headache to work with these people
There were issues with the initial installation but they stood by their word and did eventually fix it all in the end.
I am very very satisfied. We had problems with water in the basement and it has now stopped. It looks nice as well.
We were pretty disappointed that we found out that we would lose our electric gutters because the salesman had not checked with the installers to tell us Leafguard couldn't do it. We lost $7,000 worth of stuff. We were told that they would come first thing in the morning and they didn't come. We called and they said they had to come from somewhere else and never said anything about it. They finally got here about 12:30pm. The job didn't take anywhere near the time they told us. They did not clean up after themselves and left nails on the ground and took off. We lost the electric cables that we had hid because they said they could not reinstall them. Their work itself was OK. We had been told they would work around the heating things that we paid a lot of money for on the gutters. They told us we would have to reinstall them. The salesman told us we would get a check for $50, but we never got it. We were told to send in a card, and we called the company, and they said we didn't send it in. We lost out on the $50.

They are very good, I have no complaints.
I wouldn't recommend them unless they do better on their installers. They left scratches on all the gutters. They didn't repaint the rakes and just left the bare wood. They left screws, pieces of aluminum, nails, and everything all over my driveway and yard. We are still picking them up. We were not happy with that. We had someone come back, and he said they would not do the painting, even though I had the paint. They screwed things together, and it doesn't look good. I am not happy about everything left in the yard because we have grandkids running around the yard.
They were very professional, and their technicians that came out to my house to work on multiple projects were great—no complaints.
They were fabulous to do business with. The salesman was remarkably knowledgeable and helpful and didn't pressure me at all. It was a wonderful experience, and I have recommended Leafguard to two of my friends.
