From start to finish the project was top notch. Mike Russel quoted the project and was pleasant, honest and easy to work with. The installation crew was great. The service team was excellent to work with when one of my windows had a leak immediately after installation.

Our Marvin windows are beautiful and have met our expectations for functionality. I would definitely recommend them. Unfortunately, the screen for the basement window was not included in the original delivery but we have a scheduled install date this week.

I did really like the quoting process. Scott is honest. I got all together six or seven quotes, and everyone else was coming in really high priced, and then offering some discount. Scott was open from day one. He gave a really detailed quote this is what I'm quoting, how much it cost. I really appreciate that, and also appreciate seeing windows in the gallery in the showroom. On the other side, everyone's taking a risk if you go online, most companies have a 1 or 5 stars, so it was like, what was it going to be: 5 or 1?

When we experienced delays in our construction schedule, Gordon worked to adjust our installation dates. This is the second house where I've used the Marvin Design Gallery. If I need windows in the future, I'll be back a third time.

The quality and the workmanship of the staff in Bay city has been excellent. We are just delighted with the results. We have a 100 year old house and we wanted it to look like the windows have always been there. They did a beautiful job accomplishing that.

We researched other brands and Marvin was by far the best window for appearance, workmanship, quality, durability, price, value. We did not compare to vinyl windows, since the majority of our old vinyl windows had warped, fogged and/or cracked. The installer, Greg, and team did impeccable work, quick, efficient and continually kept the work area clean over the three day installation. I never would have believed windows could make such a dramatic transformation to our house. Marvin was recommended by one of our sons, who had Marvin installed. Having seen ours and hearing the value, our other son is getting Marvin through Laurence Smith also. Our salesman, Scott, was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, always willing to answer our every question and truly going above and beyond to help. This was a good experience. I don't know what else anyone could possibly ask of a company, both in terms of product and mostly, people. What a great team. We're happy!

I highly reccomend working with Laurence Smith because everything about this company is professional. The crew that installed the window were excellent and trustworthy. Scott Mendez was amazing to work with. We have had so many complements on our Marvin Windows.The installers were professional and went above and beyond. We looked at many of the other companies and so glad we went with Marvin!

We had to spend a bit more than we wanted to, but the quality is great and Chris was wonderful to work with.

I am very impressed with the customer service, installation and craftsmanship of the windows which were installed. I went with Laurence Smith because they offer custom stain and paint matching and I was not disappointed. The process was easy and fast. Chris, the sales manager and Stephanie in the office were super friendly and I enjoyed working with them. I will use Laurence Smith and Marvin windows for all future window replacements.
