From start to finish the project was top notch. Mike Russel quoted the project and was pleasant, honest and easy to work with. The installation crew was great. The service team was excellent to work with when one of my windows had a leak immediately after installation.
Our Marvin windows are beautiful and have met our expectations for functionality. I would definitely recommend them. Unfortunately, the screen for the basement window was not included in the original delivery but we have a scheduled install date this week.
They have good customer service.

While there were some delays in scheduling, they worked with us to install one of the priority windows in order not to delay our kitchen remodel. The guys were very fast and efficient during the full install. They cleaned up and were very nice during the entire process. We feel that we received an excellent price for the value of the windows installed. I would definitely recommend them in the future to anyone installing windows.

I did really like the quoting process. Scott is honest. I got all together six or seven quotes, and everyone else was coming in really high priced, and then offering some discount. Scott was open from day one. He gave a really detailed quote this is what I'm quoting, how much it cost. I really appreciate that, and also appreciate seeing windows in the gallery in the showroom. On the other side, everyone's taking a risk if you go online, most companies have a 1 or 5 stars, so it was like, what was it going to be: 5 or 1?
