We had eleven windows installed on either Monday, June 30 or Tuesday July i, I believe. I did approve and sign off on the work when it was finished after a quick check of the work. However, after the workmen left, upon closer inspection, I noticed that one of the front windows stuck out a good 1/2" or more from the window frame. There is a little trough that runs the length of the top of the window that sticks out about 1/2" or so which the workers simply filled in with calking. This window is fairly large and actually consists of 2 sections of 3 small window panes each. The entire window should've been pushed in about 1" further and then calked around the edges like all the other windows that were done. It just is not right, especially given the fact that I paid $20,000 cash for the eleven windows that were installed in our small home. After filling our the first evaluation I was sent by email, which encouraged me to be completely honest in my responses re: my opinion of the work, I felt that I couldn't say that I was completely happy with it in all respects. I immediately got a call from one of Statewide's employees and someone (I think his name was Eric, but not sure) was sent out to inspect the work. Daniel, who originally measured the windows was going to come out, but couldn't make it and sent this man out instead. The man agreed with my contention that the window did stick out and was not pushed in like the others but basically said that he thought it would be ok, but I was still not satisfied with it. Then, on Friday, July 18, I believe, I got a call from Daniel who was concerned that I had not given perfect score on my evaluation of the work that was done and assured me that they would come out and reset the window if I would simply answer "yes" to a text that he would send me that I would agree to change the score to a ten. I told him that I would be happy to change my score to a ten if the window was reset to my satisfaction. I was very clear about this and he assured me that would be fine.. He then told me that Shay, his supervisor I believe, would call me the following Monday, July 21 to set up a date for the workers to return to reset the window. I had already sent Daniel 3 days of the following week of July 21-26 that would be convenient for the work to be done. He said just to work that out with Shay when he called the following Monday, July 21. However, I did not receive a call from Shay on Monday, July 21 or anytime during the 2 weeks since although I kept waiting and checking my phone records to see if he had called. Finally, toward the end of this week, I tried to call Daniel 2-3 times to see what happened but he did not answer his phone. A recording said that his "mailbox was full" so I left him 2 voice mails to contact me but have not heard back from him. It would seem that I'm just getting the "run-around" from Statewide now that you've been paid. To be honest, my wife and I are not completely satisfied with the kitchen window for the same reasons as the front bedroom window. It does not look quite right when compared to all the other windows but it only sticks out about 1/4" all around from the window frame. We can live with that and are not asking you to reset it although I think it could possibly use some calking all around the outside of the window.but the main problem is that front bedroom window. If Statewide would simply reset it correctly, I'll be happy to give you 10s on everything! Daniel had mentioned something about that we were approaching some "time line" when the work would have to be done. I hate to think that youall have just been avoiding me, that Shay has not contacted me and Daniel is not calling me back so that you can let this "time line" run out and you won't have to do the work. I hope that's not the case, but I need to hear SOMETHING back from Statewide so we can get this thing settled. It's only right! I hope to hear from Shay, Daniel, or someone from Statewide next week. It' a shame this is turning into a problem because we LOVE the windows and the work that was done on almost all of them. Thomas McMillan (915) 490-9124.
Window replacement
How my new installed tub and shower looked after installation
A bit more than we were going to spend, but the quality and professionalism made it worth the price.
Windows are great installers we're professional did a great job clean up
The entire experience was very good. The workers were very knowledgeable, neat(before, during, and after), made do with a couple of minor problems, and they were quick at what did. Skilled Workers. My only disappointment was they did not put new trim around the windows on the inside. Otherwise a 10/10.
The product was better than expected and the installation was very professional
I loved everything, from the in home presentation to the final instalation, I am VERY pleased with pretty much the whole process.
I will happily recommend your company. My only caution would be the price. I consider it very high
I would not recommend this company due to the fact that the workers did not have the correct tools for the job, broken tools showed that the workers were not properly prepared to do the job correctly.
