It took too long from the time the contract was signed to the completion of the job.
The quality of work was average. There was a hassle with them misquoting us. Make sure that you double-check each quote that you get. Trying to get them to come out to fix issues was hard. The guy that first came out made it seem like it was going to be great. We found the mistakes, and they didn't want to hear about them. They didn't want to fix everything. It took them 6 months to correct issues.
I am very happy with the job that they did. It looks really nice on the house. I have not got any complaints. They got it done right away. They really did a great job.

We do not feel as though we received good service. I thought we hired a company that used their own workers, but Kingdom Roofing outsourced their employees. They completed the roof in 6–7 hours, and the roof looked nice; however, upon closer inspection, they didn't do a good job at all. It was a nightmare to get them to come back and fix what they had not completed.
I would recommend their service with a suggestion on making sure everyone is on the same page concerning expectations.

There was a question after they were finished and they quickly addressed the question. We haven't had such service that instills confidence in the final product the way Kingdom Roofing provided.
