Nik, our onsite project manager was amazing to work with and kept the project running on time while still accommodating our needs as a family living in a construction zone.We have done quite a few renovations in the past, some quite extensive, and I can honestly say this experience was the best by a large margin. Artium’s approach ensures that all sub contractors are on the same page, coordinated and working together which is difficult to do. Our project was pretty simple from a design perspective but the design team still took the time to make sure the details were taken care of and were a real pleasure to work with.We are looking forward to our next project with Artium!

Just Basements is a top quality company that produces an excellent product and provides outstanding service. We are recommending this company to all of our friends and family.

We hired Just Basement to renovate a basement bathroom and build a Sauna. While their core business is full basements, they tackled our smaller renovation. It was challenging to work within the existing infrastructure. During the reno they upgraded the existing plumbing and wiring to create a cleaner infrastructure. Our lead carpenter, Kevin, was easy to work with and produced high quality work. The finished space has more than met our expectation.

Just basement is the best basement design and construction company in Ottawa. They will make the complicated project much easier than you thought. They could provide unique, consistent and beautiful design. They always keep the construction site very clean. They also have very high stand of their work. After the project complete you will fall in love with the new basement for sure.

Norm and Amelia came up with a great design for the space we had and built it exactly to that plan.

Just Basements turned an unfinished, overly-utilized basement into a wonderful, finished area that is functional and a joy within which to work.
