We are very impressed with the quality of the sub contractors JTB used. Everything was very well done and in the timeframe promised. We will definately use JTB if we decide to build again in the future.
The quality of the home is fantastic! The time it took from groundbreaking to move it was a very short 4 1/2 months! Overall, it was a very pleasant experience working with JTB Homes and I recommend them highly to my friends.

Happy to recommend but will caution they stay on top of custom work. Three of ours were forgotten and were done after we identified they were missing.
Overall, they were professional and helped a lot in making decisions when there were so many decisions to make. We really like the house.
The homes that are built by JTB are beautiful & unique. It has been an overall great experience.
We bought the house Turn Key, but JTB was very helpful in making some small last minute details work out during the process.
Still waiting for resolution on some final inspection items. No major issues have arose with the house after 8 weeks in.
The process was much smoother than I though it would be and we are now living in our dream home that is exactly the way we want it. I never imagined that I would own such a beautiful home.
I would not encourage building with Jim Tibbe Homes. The warranty department is dismissive and does not want to invest any amount of money to correctly fix mistakes made in the building process.
They do everything they say they are going to do, when they said they will do it, with high quality!

We liked Tibby then they changed to Interra, sometimes they did the Interra instead of Tibby Homes. The quality wasn't there as what we saw in the showroom. They had to come back and make things right. Some of it still isn't done correctly. We will just have to live with it.
We have had issues since buying the home and the issues continue.
The overall quality was less than expected and I would not be likely to recommend.
