I would not recommend Jenkins restoration to anyone.
They exceeded all of my expectations with a professional manner. They recommended some supply changes that were better than my original decisions. I am glad I followed their recommendations because they knew what they were doing and I didn't.
We were thrilled with the results of their work. They were wonderful and we highly recommend them!!!
The work performed by Jenkins was a disaster from start to finish. We contracted with Jenkins to handle repairs due a small kitchen fire in our home. In the end, all that was needed was a deep cleaning (handled by another company), repairing the electrical wiring that was damaged from the fire and grout cleaning behind our range. Jenkins sent an unsupervised subcontractor to perform the electrical work and that contractor cut a large notch in a load-bearing beam. Work had to be stopped for inspection by the county engineer. As a result, temporary supports had to be added on two levels of our house while the beam was replaced. Communication during this entire process was TERRIBLE; we had to contact Jenkins on a regular basis to get any kind of a status update. A job that should have taken a week, took months, delaying renovations on our kitchen. We will never use Jenkins again.
You need to stay on top of the contractor to keep in touch with the project manager. The only reason we made it through the process was because of the project manager.
Jenkins delayed my project. Jenkins did poor workmanship. Jenkins follow up has been terrible.
They did a phenomenal job, were timely, and explained everything. I would recommend them.
Jenkins Restoration was timely, professional, and beyond pleasant to work with. The entire project rolled out exactly as they had planned. Their communication with their customers is top-notch. No surprises or worries, just hard-work, delightful customer service, attentiveness, and solid craftmanship. We are truly grateful for the Jenkins Restoration Team and will absolutely use them for all our future upgrades to our home!

Jenkins did excellent work and kept me aprised of each step of the repairs. They restored my trust in finding an appropriate restoration company to do my repairs.
Jenkins fell far short of what is normally expected in the way of customer relations. Schedules were not kept. Notices were not made to the customer as to why. Representatives of the company were argumentative. Nothings was done when promised.
Jenkins Project Manager: Responsive. Issues addressed promptly. Professional. Required assistance with knowledge of local ordinances and building codes. Be sure that you look up requirements for building permits in your county and make sure that Jenkins and their subcontractors pull the correct permits before beginning the project. Assist your project manager by writing up a summary of each conversation to include action items (both Jenkins and yours!), your understanding of the schedule and tasks, and any questions you need answered with a suspense date for a response. Your emails can be forwarded to the subcontractors, which will minimize information and instructions getting lost in translation between PM and sub. Alternately, email your PM and sub directly, ensuring both are in synch with your questions and/or decisions.Subcontractors: Amber Floors - Professional staff. Good products. Installed LVP in the kitchen and carpet in the basement. J. E. Merino - I will not have them in my house again. Unprofessional. Unprepared. Installed a toilet and removed the broken dishwasher.RCO Builder - Professional. Prepared. Installed new dishwasher, oven, and range hood. Painted wall in kitchen and completed the floor installation in the dishwasher cabinet. Painted basement and installed lighting.

Jenkins Restorations completed the restoration of my home in the agreed upon time. The Project manager, Fred Adam's was very accommodating and answered all of my questions all the time no matter when I called. The staff was very professional and courteous.

I am greatly disappointed in my experience with the mold remediation project on my home. I have worked with Jenkins before with no complaints. This time it was entirely different. There was inadequate communication on the part of the project manager regarding the progress of the work and the completion of the project. I will say that he was very helpful on phase two,in helping us with the cost of the final bill.

From start to finish Jenkins was on top of everything to make repairs to our church which caught fire due to a lightning strike. They were always highly professional and clearly explained every step along the way. The attention to detail was excellent and the finished product looks wonderful.
The subcontractors that they picked, Pride Painting, were absolutely horrendous. They were supposed to do all of the work, even though they were a painting company.
