As of this date and with no contact with anyone from customer service or the salesman I’m not sure I would recommend them to anyone

The installers were very good and very thorough. There names were Mike and Tyler. I do not have internet, so I am not able to do the online review for Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Boise.

This turned out better than expected and the staff were so nice and professional.

We waited a month longer than we were told for the shower to be installed. It was an expensive product.

They did a wonderful job, were very professional, and paid good attention to detail.

The installation was done very well by Ty and Chance, One day install was completed as advertised and it looks great,. There was a slight problem with the single faucet pressure and temperature set up, but was adjusted by a technician. I would still recommend a dual valve set up. I had to downgrade my rating mainly in regard to the financing. As far as I know there is no 12 month interest free shown in my paper work as there was in the first remodel last year and is advertised on TV regularly .My paperwork has an "Introductory period expiration date" of six months but does not mention anything in regard to no interest . There was a delay in the installation and I paid two payment into GreenSky Inc. before the work even started and which was surprising to me. Never had that happen before. The bank also took out nearly $100.00 in interest in that first 2 months. So if anyone asks me about my experience with a Jacuzzi remodel, I'll need to let them know about my experience.

I thought that everything from the salesperson who came to introduce us to how Jacuzzi Bath Remodel works, the materials used, and the speed with which they were about to accommodate our needs was excellent. The installers were very friendly, professional, and did an exceptional job. The installers helped me do some troubleshooting along the way. Due to the short time period we had, it was amazing that they were able to come and do the quick turnaround we required. When we were in the process of having our shower remodeled, there were some changes we needed to make to accommodate my husband's needs after his surgery. Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was able to make those changes for us. We really appreciated the company, the people we talked to, and the work they did.

We had lots of problems. It was for my 89-year-old mother, and they over charged her a double $7,000 payment. That was a real hardship on her. I had a lot of trouble getting anyone to believe me, and I had to beg to speak with a manager, and no one would believe that it was taken out twice.

The installers performed admirably. It was the salesperson's and the outcome's communication. There were several things I desired but did not obtain. The salesperson failed to incorporate my requests in the proposal and failed to inform me that I wouldn't be getting a door for the shower cubicle.

Throughout the installation, the installers did an excellent job of keeping me informed of their progress and what they were doing. The installation took only one day. They arrived when they said they would and finished by the deadline.

I am totally satisfied.

Considering price and finished project - very dissatisfied. Walls not flush - bulge out. Shower door gap, water on bathroom floor. worker tossed trash into crawl space. Caulking into carpet. Floor is slick - increased fall risk!

I would recommend this company only to someone who has the money or willing to spend the kind of money it cost to get the bath remodeled by Jacuzzi. The work is great but they are on the spendy side. I know I could have gotten this work done cheaper but I am not sure if the quality it would have been done.
