The entire project, from initial design and presentation, to construction and all that that involves, was an absolute delight. Equally important, it was stress free! Kudos to Joseph and his design team, Tom and his operation team and Rich as project manager. And a special thank you to Lauren for her help with the interior design - she made it fun!

What Went Well In The Design Process - I can't say enough about how good we felt going through the design/selection process. Every team member has been extremely knowledgeable and has helped us feel comfortable with all the decisions we have made. We really feel like design changes made after the construction process was started has been handled in a timely manner. We know it isn't easy to make these changes "on the fly" but your teams have handled them beautifully.

GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Gonyea Transformations as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
