Good work on a slate roof project, including copper rain covers for our chimneys and new flashing. Not cheap, but the job was done properly the first time and we're happy with the result.

It seems that the gutters are fine. G.F. Sprague & Company, Inc. could have cleaned up better, and we are still waiting on them to come clean up. I think they were fairly priced. I am not sure whether they hit the light fixture or sensor with the gutter. It is hard for us to tell, but in general, they did a good job. There are two lights that have gone out. I am not sure if it was because the lights went out on their own or if they were hit by one of the workers.

Very highly recommend this company. They are the professionals, will do a great job, and if any problems, arise, I will take care of those without reservations and without you having to fight them. they seem to be very knowledgeable about the work they do, and will not try to get you to buy services that you do not need. They use high-quality materials and their workers are polite, competent, and do a great job.

Unreasonable high prices. Way too much “project management” oversight. Received requests for our feedback before the project started and during. Seems you have 3 divisions not speaking to each other. It took us 2+ requests to get a quote that did not include a total return-roof. Too strong a sell before answering what we asked. Very difficult to get itemized cost lists. You came highly recommended but we greatly regret not getting other quotes. When we needed info, you went missing, but somehow you were always available for upsell and feedback with which you did nothing. Your service was very efficient in billing even before job was done. The founder of your company should be ashamed. Cut two layers of project management, pay your installation workers a fair wage and stop resting on your laurels.
