They do respond pretty quickly to any complaints, and they do address the issues. I would advise any other customers to check the materials before the work begins.

From prior experience with other contractors, I was pleased with the information Mark provided. The work was done on a timely basis and pricing was fair. The reviews on G.F. Sprague were a big factor, but it mainly had to do with how Mark met with us and gave the proposal and contract. He was very professional and everything was done when he said it would.

Value - To be honest, I did not bid the job out but my experience with roofers has been sketchy and I was only willing to go with a known company that has been around a long time.
