Although the job took far longer than we anticipated, the delays were attributable to the supply issues created by the Coronavirus. In the end we had to make some changes to our original materials, but they were relatively minor, and we are very happy with the final result.

We were pleased with the professionalism of the sages staff and the people doing the work. It was done more quickly than expected. Project manager contacted us after first day with an update on the plywood volume, and came out for an inspection afterwards. It’s hard to get excited about a new roof, but we are pleased with the outcome.
Work is not completed yet. I am happy to respond at a later date.

I would recommend Ferris to a friend, depending on the project that was being done. I am not sure that the project we needed was in Ferris's area of expertise. In retrospect, I remember our salesperson telling us that concrete work and patios weren't really something Ferris did often, and he even recommended that we consider other options. Ultimately, we are happy with the job that was done. Everyone was very professional, kind, and easy to work with. But, ineffective communication and managing many contractors resulted in a sometimes frustrating experience as a customer.

They were always very professional. The cleanup was excellent and no complaints from at all.
I am sorry to say that Ferris does not provide the level of customer service and professional care i expected from viewing their office in Newark and dealing with them up until the sale is completed. Service after the sale is poor. They are poor at returning calls and keeping you in the loop on issues as they arise. They develop schedules but have yet to hit one. I am a very frustrated customer

Their pricing was competitive with other companies and their workmanship was top notch. Quick job, left the worksite clean, and were flexible with planning the order of windows to replace as both my husband and I were working from home at the time of the project.
