Misunderstanding of product being bought. Over priced. Some small issues with installation

I am pissed no one mentioned or said anything that you get a daily interest charge. This is ****ing bull ****.

Everything. There wasn't a single thing we didn't like. The attention to detail was what drew us in and the time that was taken to explain everything including helping us get financing when we couldn't afford it otherwise was what sold us. We didn't mind the wait for our window as it was well worth it.

They did a quality job in the two days they specified

Saw a sales representative talking to a potential customer at Sam's club. I told her I just had a shower installed by Mad City. I told her they consulted me about everything. And they cleaned up when they were done.

What we were demonstrated and sold was not exactly what we had installed.

Efficient, great customer service, quality of workmanship and products.

We received a good presentation at the first appointment giving us an opportunity to express what exactly we were wanting done. We are elderly couple requesting some special accommodations in the design and making it all fit in a small area. The price was very reasonable for us. The contract was explained carefully for us to be sure we understood what we were signing and the warranty explained. The areas that are being served by your company made us comfortable in your reputation and safety in dealing with you. Thank you.

They were prompt and when they had to come back to complete the project they came when they said they would.Aaron B. was wonderful.

Cleanup after wasn't the greatest. I'm surprised that they didn't fix more of the issues they cause. Broken tile on one wall. Drywall seems where popped on another wall they worked on.
