I was very impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the finished product.
The crew that came to our house was amazing. They did an amazing job!
They were fast and the quality of work was good.
We had our windows put in by Erie, so we used them for the roofing.
I think the manager Ken is excellent to deal with! There was a language barrier with the crew, and Ken stepped in and took care of it!
They were very fast and cleaned up after themselves.
They are one of the first roof companies that showed up on time, performed all the tasks and clean up before they left!
They did a great job.
They were very professional.
They did a great job and did it timely. They answered any questions we had.
The company has been professional.
They were really professional form start to finish, from the initial call to the inspection to the installation. Every part I was informed and involved can't image doing a project any other way.
We were very pleased with the word done and the workers
They did a good job!
I had a complaint call. The manager has never gotten back with me,
They did a really great job, from meeting, to scheduling, to the work. They did everything in a timely fashion, and I really appreciated all the hard work.
I talked to people, and the price was too high.
They were very efficient. They told me they would be there at 9:00 AM in the morning and they were there slightly before. They were on time. They brought all the equipment they needed. They were a very good crew. They cleaned up after themselves and they had tarps as they threw the shingles down. They tarped the landscaping and they put tarps on the two decks on front and back so I would not have shingles everywhere.
The crew arrived on time. They were courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions. They got right to work. The job consisted of three sets of windows, including a large, complicated five-panel bay window and a very sophisticated dining room window. The people knew exactly what to do. The job was completed in one day. When they left, they did not leave one scrap behind, and you couldn't even tell they had ever been here. The house looks beautiful. They cleaned up behind themselves nicely. The house looks much better. The windows are high quality. I noticed less street noise coming in the house. It's not as difficult to keep our rooms warm. The product and service are excellent.
Overall, it was a good experience. But they were supposed to caulk my chimney and it still hasn't been done. I've called several times since 9/3/21. They said they'd call back. Someone came to my home once and said they'd come back but they haven't. The last time I called was 10/18/21.
They weren't forthcoming with information for my insurance company. I'm still waiting.
My car port roof is leaking, and I just got it done in August.
The salesperson was fantastic! He was great, but when the construction started, they were messy, smoked, and didn't pick up everything. They didn't pick up all the nails. I'm finding nails all over, and it irritates me. I spent $40,000 for the roof, and I'm picking up nails out of my tires. Every time I take the car to the tire place, there are nails. They need to get a strong magnet or get someone out there with better eyes or something.
They did a real good job, the crew was very professional and easy to work with.
The process was very smooth but the salesmen were a bit too aggressive and the project was a bit too expensive.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Erie Construction Midwest Inc as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
