They provided excellent customer service and exceptional knowledgeable of the product.
No. pleased with what we had done to our roof. I'm very happy.
Erie Construction did what they said they would do and I am very satisfied with the work.
They were very quick at responding to requests for additional information. Once we agreed to proceed, they did the job quickly.
A second crew had to come back and fix what the first contractor messed up.
I love my roof. They completed it in a timely manner and cleaned up after they were done.
My lightning rod cables have still not been adjusted back to the way they were. They removed the old roof and did not put the lightning rod cables back onto the new roof properly. The salesperson told us that Erie Construction has their own employees who are trained to do everything properly and make it satisfactory. I don't believe they've done that. They used Rojas Roofing out of Indianapolis, so that's not true. We paid a lot of money. We paid the extra money I felt because of that. The price was quite high. I felt compelled to do it because they talk so highly of the people that do it.
They were very professional and courteous.
I got a quality roof with great work.
I have nothing but the utmost respect for the crew, but the salesperson stopped communicating with me when I told them I wasn't going to finance, but would instead pay cash. The salesperson lied to me, not giving me the proper paperwork to pay the bill.
I was happy with everything until I got the bill and saw the interest rate.
The people and the guys from Erie Construction Midwest Inc that did the work are excellent. They knew what they were doing and took care to make sure it was done right and that I was pleased.
They were good to work with from beginning to end, they were conscientious workers that cleaned up after themselves, and they had good post sale support. We had a loose shingle, and they were quick to respond.
From the moment Andrew and Christopher showed up at my house, I was very satisfied, they inspected everything, explained everything thoroughly, and made me feel very comfortable. They were professional and transparent with prices. Also, I love the roof. It really changed the appearance of my house. I'm very pleased.
Nothing the salesman said was actually true.
I referred my neighbor yesterday.
They were very reliable and trustworthy!
Very professional and cleanliness outstanding!
They were excellent professionals and hard working. They even worked on a Sunday to finish the job. They went above and beyond.
I was very happy with Erie Construction Midwest.
The price was too expensive.
They did the work in the time they said they would. They had everything cleaned back up.
They did everything they were supposed to do. I have seen programs that were not offered to me that I think should have been brought to my attention.
The salesperson was great - I believe his name was Luis. The installation crew was fantastic. I was given a window of two weeks, and they were done in 5-6 days. They knocked everything out. They cleaned up the yard as well as one could think. They did a fantastic job. The boss, Charlie, has gone above and beyond. He is an A+ guy for sure.
They were great. They were very personable, clean, and got the job done quickly. They cleaned up after themselves, were very kind, and on the dot.

By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Erie Construction Midwest Inc as part of our survey process.
