It was really nice to have new windows.
I thought they were quick and pretty thorough with the work. Also, the quality of the roof is pretty good.
Company made guarantees they didn't hold up to. Had our roof finished in Feb. 2021. Took 2 days, 1st day. 2/12 they were late by over 4 hours. We were told they'd be there by 8: 00 am, I called 3 hours later checking and they were finishing up a job and would be by after that. Someone thought they had called us? The next day 2/13 they postponed due to impending 2 inches of snow (NO PROBLEM I get it!) Sunday 2/14, NO CALL NO SHOW, when they said they'd be out to finish the roof. Allegedly, the shop had the wrong color shingles when they went to pick them up, since it was Sunday they had no way to get the right color. Problem was, they never called us. Again, I had to call them and find out on my own why they hadn't shown up yet. Again, the common reply was, "Sorry I thought they had let you know" The roof was finished the following Wednesday on 2/17/21 On that day, we had just had a total of 8 inches of snow Saturday-Tuesday, so they cleaned up what mess they could. (I had NO problem with that a ton of stuff fell through the snow) My problem is, they said when the snow melts, give us a call and we'll get a crew out there asap. I was also told multiple times by the project manager Steve, before this, if you aren't satisfied with cleanup let me know, I'll have a crew out there next day. I have texted 4 times trying to follow up: 2/25, 3/2, 3/12 and 3/19 and called 3x (3/12 and the project manager and salesperson on 3/19 (I called the construction manager and the salesperson and still NOTHING. Neither one is available, I get a text 'I'll call you back" The little communication I have had have been Excuses twice, "Oh I thought it was taken care of, "Oh it's still not done we will call you back. I also have had messages promising to call me back after a meeting/phone call twice and as of today, March 19, 2021 no one has returned my call or a clean up crew has not come out. We have cleaned up 3 garbage cans (13 gallon Cans) of nails, shingles, cigarette butts, plastic wraps etc.. Beyond frustrated. As for the quality of the actual roof, I haven't a clue, it's new, but with the poor customer service we've had I am concerned about the quality of the product we purchased.
Erie Construction Midwest was fast and efficient.
Erie was a great choice! We actually had reached out to another company prior to Erie, but dropped them due to terrible customer service issues. Everyone was so polite and work was done in a timely matter. A good product at a reasonable price!
They are awful pricey and left my yard a mess. It was wintertime, but I did my roof when I did because I wanted to make sure there was work available and that is what the guy I talked to said, that I didn't have to wait until spring. They did it between snow storms. I went out and had all kinds of trash in the yard. I also asked them because I have a pool to pick up the nails and I can't tell you how many nails I have found.
Had new windows installed throughout my entire house. Installers worked non stop and did a super job! All old materials were removed and areas where construction took place were cleaned and vacuumed. Windows look great and are 100% satisfied!
They are fantastic.
Since I've gone through the process and they've done the work, I've definitely been telling my coworkers about it. I haven't held back in my satisfaction.
I wanted to wait for them to put the roof on because it was so cold.
It was a little expensive.
They did a very good job on my project, the team was very professional, they cleaned up and worked hard. I am happy with the outcome.
I thought the pricing was a little high, but other than that, the work was great.
They do good quality work, and it was everything I expected. Nothing was a big hassle.
Areas Of Satisfaction - I was impressed by how efficient they worked, & the quality of the product is great.
The project was very expensive but turned out good.
Overall, the product exceeds my expectations, and the crew that did the installation on it were extremely efficient in stripping the roof itself and getting the new roof installed.
I am still waiting for a little fix on the rain gutters.
I've already recommended them to my friends and family.
The instillation went smooth. It was a pleasure working with them.
Erie Construction Midwest was very nice.
Erie Construction Midwest never finished correcting the damage inside on our ceiling which was caused by rain during the roof replacement.
The sales representative told us to go one way, and we have had leaks since it's been installed in July. The guys who installed it told us we should have gone another way. It seems as if the salesperson just wanted to get the sale.
The crew was wonderful and tidy. They did their job very well.
I like the way the roof looks from the ground.
