Our experience with Dulles Kitchen and Bath definitely exceeded our experience with other contractors. The design process was good, the materials arrived as expected. The crew worked consistently, though there were minor delays due to staff illness and holidays. The bathroom is a great improvement to our home.

Work started and finished as scheduled. Communication with the project manager by phone/text was very helpful for coordination or to handle any minor issues. The installation went smoothly, Dulles promptly addressed any issues we saw along the way, and the end result looks and works great. This was a complete bathroom renovation (everything replaced and upgraded - floor, tub, tiles, toilet, vanity, sink, painting, etc.). We plant to use Dulles Kitchen & Bath for another full bathroom renovation in a few months.

We love our renovated kitchen! We give Dulles Kitchen and Bath the top rating without reservations. We’re happy for several reasons. We expected that renovating our 1986, builder-grade kitchen would be a horrible imposition on our life. But it wasn’t. That was because the staff at Dulles Kitchen and Bath collaborated with us on a series of detailed plans that captured our design ideas and preferences perfectly. Then their construction crew implemented the plans carefully and accurately, without unnecessary noise or impact on our life. And it all happened more quickly than we expected.

Our renovation was a floor-to-ceiling make over. Our floor was upgraded from linoleum to black matte porcelain tile. We replaced all our old oak-colored, builder-grade cabinets with beautiful, white cabinets made of birch wood. We added a peninsula, and we replaced all our old builder-grade countertops with 3CM gray quartz countertops. We upgraded to a large stainless steel farmhouse sink with a stainless steel apron. We added a dramatic backsplash of black and white subway tiles. We added bright, white ceiling lights and bright, white under-cabinet lights. The Dulles Kitchen and Bath crew did all of this carefully and expertly.

Finally, very important to us, the project was predictable. For example, it followed its schedule, and people worked at reasonable hours and showed up and left when they said they would. Patrick was our superb designer. Sosa was the skillful construction crew leader. And Matt was our good-natured, capable, management bridge between the construction crew and our contract administrators. It was always easy for us to communicate with this team about the state of the project.

Dulles Kitchen and Bath was terrific, from beginning to end of the total renovation of my large master bath and two other bathrooms. General Manager, Johan, listened and understood my style preferences and goals and created a wonderful design. Then spent lots of time with me on the selection and coordination of products, even going to various showrooms with me. Project Manager, Ryan, was my primary contact during the on-site work phase. What a pleasure to work with. He was always willing to listen and accommodate any ideas, questions, thoughts I had. He was very professional and always willing to go the extra mile. The on-site workers were really excellent. The same crew from the beginning to end. Always arrived with smiles on their faces and worked long and hard all day. They were perfectionists and artists in everything they did, even making suggestions I had not thought of. They made great effort to keep the dust and debris confined to the bathrooms. And they finished in less time than scheduled. I highly recommend them, and will definitely use them for any other projects I have in the future!

Easy group to work with. Design options were good although office is in Manassas. Project manager was great although we did have some issues with crew being pulled off the job near the end and some delays in final punch list. Project looks great and is well constructed.

They were very on time and came every day. The crew cleaned up after they finished as well.

As a result of a leak in the bathroom shower we decided to update the bathroom. We contracted with Dulles Kitchen & Bath based on their professional knowledge and reputation. This effort involved the rip out and replacement of the shower, tile installation on the shower walls and floor, plumbing updates, new shower door, new toilet, new vanity/sink, new lighting and painting.

We went into it asking that it be done by a certain timeframe because of travel, and they pulled out all the stops, especially in the beginning, to get things moving, and they completed the job within that timeframe. Tremendous work from start to finish - Ali did outstanding design work that transformed out kitchen and family room to a much more open and modern layout. Sinan, the project manager was exacting in managing the project and worked nonstop to make sure the work was done in a top tier manner. Best design/contracting team my wife and I have ever worked with over 30+ years of remodeling our homes.

The quality at Dulles Kitchen & Bath is good but certain adjustments and fixes were necessary. The response could be better also.

They were very helpful with both stone and appliance selection. We had a difficult cooktop and vent installation which went smoothly. Great service!

Dulles Kitchen and Bath was very efficient and professional. They took into consideration my ideas and suggestions even when I changed the color of my grout at the last minute. The only thing I would suggest that they improve on are the finishing touches for example, sealing the grout and cleaning the grout off the tile better.

Dulles Kitchen & Bath did an excellent job in renovating and updating my kitchen. Ali helped me pick out cabinets, flooring, backsplash, hardware, etc. without trying to oversell me on ideas or things that I didn't need or want. The crew who came into my home were friendly and professional; they kept dust confined to the work area and finished in what I felt was record time. There was a minor hiccup when I inadvertently told the crew to take out all of the appliances, including the dishwasher I didn't mean to get rid of and they were unable to recover it. This was totally my fault and I had to purchase a new one. When it was delivered on a Thursday morning, I called Firuz, the project manager, to let him know it was here, and he had two men over to my house in less than half an hour to install it. My family and I are extremely pleased with the results and I have no hesitation in recommending Dulles Kitchen & Bath.

Within a year of our $9,000 remodel with them- which entailed keeping the original tub (after DKB told us did not need to be replaced) - the tub failed and flooded our first floor. When we invited team back to look at what happened and work with us to fix it, they said they would rip put and replace the tub for $7,000 more. That is not standing behind their work or shared responsibility with us in the decision to keep the tub that was not safe.
