The salesman was professional, informative, and low pressure. He showed and explained the options. He made suggestions but did not push. He explained the terms and conditions of the contract and the steps that would follow. When the time came an installer came out and checked the measurements and gave us an approximate time line for installation. On installation day the installer and crew showed up on time and prepared the work area and the installation went quickly. The crew was extremely polite and engaging. Before they left I was showed how the equipment worked and I tried it myself. I was explained the sign off paperwork on the project and signed off on the project. I was very pleased with the whole process and would (and did) recommend Statewide to my friends.
This company has gone above my expectations. From the initial sales rep Eric to installation Miguel, they are all very professional and friendly. Customer service Marco made sure I was satisfied by following up and coming to my house to see that I was happy.

Statewide is large and experienced with a very professional crew. They sent a second team after contract to verify measures. All materials were assembled prior to start. All functions were scheduled ahead of start and the team was devoted to this project until completed.
The quality of materials and workmanship was excellent. The amount of time taken to complete the project was excessive — more than two months later than the estimated completion date in the contract, during which delay I was deprived of the use of my shower for several weeks, owing to its having been demolished to obtain accurate measurements. While the final product was nicely done, with attractive materials, I would be remiss if I were to recommend your company without being forthright concerning these caveats.

Communication...once contract was signed, had questions for field manager Monday...he responded that night that he'd have answer for me shortly. There was pressure as phase 2 was taking Wednesday. I texted and emailed sales manager - no response. I called grapevine office, was put in voicemail. I think i only got answers Tuesday afternoon because i was calling everyone. Just very frustrating experience.
