They are a professional and caring company and want everything done right. If I have any problems then I don't mind giving them a call.

Review of Georgia Water and Fire by

· Hilton Head Island

The contractors that were used were not respectful of our property and they caused damage to our property that Georgia Water and Fire were not willing to take responsibility for. It caused us additional damage and work that had to be done that they refused to complete

Jenny and JJ were great! From the beginning they helped us with every decision on our home and provided great insight making selections. Anytime we had a a question or concern they were quick to address it and come up with a solution.

How difficult to replace a rotted 6x6 PT support post for 2nd floor deck? Other materials that are less likely to rot?
Feb 16, 2016
WE concur with Jeff and Jason although as a company we LOVE none wood decorative posts or engineered productrs. We are in the SOUTH.
Are galvanized nails supposed to be used when nailing studs in a pressure treated sill plate on a slab? or is 3 inch smooth framing nails code?
Jun 10, 2014
As Brittany stated earlier, we only use hot-dipped galvanized in this application. It is not a code issue but it does make a huge impact on quality and what will be seen for years to come.
