Salesperson, James, needs to make the homeowner understand expansion lines when it comes to covering the floor.

Didn’t deliver what sales promised. Was sold that covering would go up the first part of the sidewall and cover the ugly cement piece which goes up about 8 inches. Installer said they could not do that due to there being an expansion strip around the garage and that I’d have to paint it to make it look decent. I subsequently checked and found out that they could have put a different kind of substance in the expansion joint that wouldn’t move with expansion and crack the new covering.
It now looks like **** so much that I don’t show it to my neighbors as I had hoped. House 4 doors down from me with identical construction had the sides covered and it looks great but not by your company.

The representative came on time. He was very knowledgeable about the process.

If I know ANYONE who is looking for floor finishes or home renovations that your company does, I will absolutely recommend that they look elsewhere first. I will caution them about your salesmen exaggerating or outright lying to get the sale, then the utter lack of follow-up on sub-par customer interactions. Courtesy earned the 4. If the people I talked with hadn't been respectful and courteous, my rating would have been lower. If I'd recieved the promised callbacks and offered any consideration for the lies, all ratings would have been higher.

Left my driveway a total mess. I sent pics to Danny Hernandez. So far NO RESPONSE.

Initial installation was botched - blisters and areas with little or no top coat. Sandpaper rough surface many areas. Service manager ignored my many requests for remediation. Service group finally called after two weeks; scheduled a repair date then changed it AFTER I spent $700.00 to empty the garage! Sales would not give me a name or phone number of a person in charge. All in all, Reunity made a simple job into a horrendous chore. I have already advised three neighbors to avoid using Reunity for any home projects.

The job is not complete and we have no idea when it will be. Not what was told to us by sales person.

Everyone was prompt and knowledgeable

Insufficient sealer provided technicians to complete job resulting in several delays. All avoidable if sufficient sealer sent on first trip.
