I got the windows, and now I got the doors. I do need to talk about warranty with someone. I'm satisfied with the windows and doors, they are energy savers.
When I first worked with your company it was great. However, this year there has been a noticable lack in your quality control and customer service. I've been waiting 6 weeks just to hear when the replacement storm door will be installed. all I've heard so far is crickets. Terrible customer service.
The installation is terrible. I still have not received a response about my complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The installers caused damage to my brand new roof. The problem has not been addressed by Castle Windows.
They were very professional, thorough, and very good customer service.

I purchased windows and sliding door for my home in Sea Isle City because of the lifetime guarantee, which included screens. In May of 2021, I contacted their service center because my screen were deteriorating and needed replacement. I did not receive a call back. On June 2, I sent an email to their service center and a representative came out to inspect the damage and take pictures on June 11, 2021. I did not hear a response back and called the company two time without response. I then sent an email request and was called. The representative stated that no technician was sent out to verify my complaint. I was instructed to send pictures two different times. The company does not get back to you and does not honor their lifetime quarantine so I would not recommend them.
Castle Windows did a great job with the sale and install.
I got a front door and storm door from Castle in May...they were not installed until late July. The storm door to sliding window would not stay up, and the repair person did not fix the problems. I just called Castle back and got transferred to Service, who did not picked up the phone. When I called back I got hung up on. Very disappointing.
Castle Windows did a good job with her. My sister did she went to a state fair some years ago here. That's how I got their name. Castle Windows did a good job with her with installing the windows. the installers were good. the guy that came to do he measurements that i spoke with was quite deceptive.
Castle has the best installers. They did a perfect job. I didn't expect for my windows to look this good.
The salesperson was very knowledgeable and made us feel confident in our purchase.

I needed 13 windows on 2 floors to be replaced and it was a daunting project to visualize. Castle addressed concerns and presented an excellent window, solid plan and competitive price for this project. It's a long timeline but the work proceeded as outlined and crews were on time and professional. Installation took just one day and the crew was efficient and thorough. After arriving on time it was a beehive of activity and massive amounts of material and pieces came off the truck, got chopped out of my windows and piles grew. But by end of day the windows were installed, the piles disappeared, the yard was clean and all was quiet again, amazing. What a difference the windows make, thrilled.
No. Between the rude installation department and the actual installation, I would not let any experience what I experienced.

Sorry it is not complete, I am still waiting for the replacement of the storm door. They are supposed to install July 8, but was cancelled because they are still waiting for parts. Please push them for the replacement. The first one they installed was not installed properly and screen not intact.
