We were able to have windows installed where windows did not exist. 3 prior contractors never called back...

This is the second time we use them, the first time they did an excellent job. The second time we had a lot of factors that were negative. The overall service was lacking. We had to get our house back in order after project was complete. If I were them I would use different subcontractors!
It was way too expensive for the quality of the windows.

I have used Castle Windows for a couple of window replacement projects and will continue using them until I have replaced all of the windows in my house. They are reasonably priced, have an excellent warranty and the windows are good quality. The people are great to work with from the office to the installers!
The actual installation was good, however there was a problem with the lock. It came with a keypad and there is an issue with programming and the installers know nothing about it. I had to spend an inordinate amount of time on the phone with customer relations. Kim was very nice and patient, but she wasn't knowledgeable herself. They are going to have to send someone out to get this rectified. They tried to get me to do the additional work, and I paid too much money for that. It has still not been rectified. They are supposed to come and fix it.

Castle sells and installs a great product. I needed a Castle installed screen repaired and a couple of window panes replaced that are about 10 years old and Castle didn't just repair the screen they replaced it along with the window panes under their lifetime warranty
Their service is good. It is just that the windows I ordered last year are still not in. They always say they will look into, but it has been since August 3rd of last year, and they are not shipped yet.
