The installation crew were very professional.
It was awesome and really affordable.
The men that came to my house were not very nice, made a mess, did not bring their own paper towels, left nails outside, and they did not replace the wood. They just put caulk over it. We had to have someone come out and fix it.
Expense vs value
The work from Castle windows was quick, efficient, and they had good quality.
I would recommend them to friends, family, or everybody. They do excellent work and are very kind with workers that are well mannered and work hard.

To long between agreement and job completion
I have bought windows from Castle before, but when I bought my last windows with half screens, they gave me a flexi-screen which is not what I paid for and it was horrible and ripped within the first few days.
Castle Windows did a great job and I would definitely recommend them.

The service techs were well trained and did a thorough job as well as cleanup.
I am happy with my window. I was not happy with having to call to be scheduled instead of being notified. It seems that the people scheduling don’t look into the work that is being completed in order to give the workers that are installing enough time. My Job was an all day job not a half day job. The installation person luckily was fabulous. But extremely overworked. He came with a worker to help him in the beginning but the worker had to leave for another job. Another worker came but was no help at all to the installation guy. Actually, my husband had to help otherwise the installation guy would’ve been here till midnight. We felt sorry for him. But he never complained nor asked for any help. But my husband prepared the worksite set up scaffolding and took off siding from the house before they got here. He also periodically cleaned up the kitchen as the worker was working. I think if you continue to operate this way you won’t have good workers staying with your company.
