I have a problem with the front window. There is draft coming through, and I noticed it with the low temperature we've been having lately. It feels like there is a crack in the window. There is no crack, but there is a draft like there's a crack in the window. I don't know if it's a caulking concern or not. They might have missed somewhere that needs to be caulked, and I haven't really looked at it. I have been back and forth to the hospital, because my wife is in the hospital.

They installed the sliding glass door in a few hours and did such a nice job. The old sliding glass door was removed, and they took it away. It was easy, affordable and done on time.

I recommended someone to Castle Windows once, and it didn't work. The man was really rude, and wouldn't show them anything. They had money and were willing to do their whole log cabin.

The door they replaced the door knob always comes off when turning the handle and they charged me for a mobile home door 2000 DOLLARS and a 1000 dollars for labor which took 2 hours they are Thieves and it took over a month to start the work...

For direct replacement of windows or doors, they are good. New installation - 2 new windows and 2 windows replaced with French doors, fine tuning is needed to understand the complete scope of work, i.e. electrical, walls, etc.

Castle Windows, the door is a very good door. The guys who came in, the third-party installers, could not speak English and could not understand me. They installed the door and tested it; the lock does not work on the door. I paid $5000 for the door, and the lock does not work. When they did the back doors, they damaged the trim, and Castle Windows did come and fix it. I wish they would use installers who knew what they were doing. They came in with equipment to put the molding in that did not work properly. The nail gun had to be charged; it was not charged. They went outside, and he went into a socket outside and plugged it in and burned out the socket, and I had to call someone to fix it. The door is good quality, but it needs to be installed properly. A guy is coming out to replace the doorknob.

I am very satisfied with Castle Windows. I originally purchased their windows for my whole house over 30 years ago and they exceeded my expectation. I hope that the 3 windows I needed replaced last as long. I wish the contractor that put on my addition had gotten Castle Windows.These 8 windows already need to be replaced because they do not close properly

They installed a door for me, and I was under the impression that they were going to replace the door frame as well. All they did was to put a steel frame around the existing framework. I thought they were going to install a wooden frame.

I had two doors installed, and I am having issues with the first one.

Not happy with the way windows were installed. Windows are difficult to close. The windows were not caulked thoroughly. Installers left a huge mess requiring us to vacuuming and mop after they left.
