Very please with the timeliness. The initial gutter installation didn't go real well but was corrected when the gutter helmet was installed.
Both Shane and his son did mostly a wonderful job and were conscientious about the quality of their work. There are two issues we were not pleased with. One they did not clean up our yard of all the sharp aluminum shrapnel that was caused by cutting and shaping the gutters to fit. These pieces were numerous around the yard and large enough to cut your feet open if you stepped on them. i had to make 3 trips around the house to pick it all up. The other was they forgot to hook up a drain pipe to a downspout so I had to buy the adapter and hook up that system up myself. It was very hot here and overall we were pleased with the quality and how hard the the two men worked.

A summer wind decimated my older 28' awning. Kerry from the Sunsetter's section of Gutter Helmet responded to my inquiry about replacement in an efficient manner. He arrived on time armed with everything he needed to convince me to use this local business. He was willing to interface with my insurance company to make sure they had everything they needed to make a timely settlement of funds. The installation team arrived on time and installed the replacement awning about 3 weeks sooner than expected. In fact, they tried hard to catch me on a weekend when their installment team was in the area. This is a business you will feel good about supporting with pricing and quality to match.
