A summer wind decimated my older 28' awning. Kerry from the Sunsetter's section of Gutter Helmet responded to my inquiry about replacement in an efficient manner. He arrived on time armed with everything he needed to convince me to use this local business. He was willing to interface with my insurance company to make sure they had everything they needed to make a timely settlement of funds. The installation team arrived on time and installed the replacement awning about 3 weeks sooner than expected. In fact, they tried hard to catch me on a weekend when their installment team was in the area. This is a business you will feel good about supporting with pricing and quality to match.
Beautiful windows installed quickly and efficiently by a very pleasant and professional crew. Clean up was great too.
Installation was very good. Price is the only factor I wasn’t particularly happy with.

They hung EZ Shades on my patio. Sales process was fine. Install was done well. My issues was with communication as the EZ shades were not in stock. When I tried to call back after I received that notification I received an answering service, they did not return my call for a few days and when they did, the gentleman on the phone never came back to me. I had to call again. I think the only one that knows what is going on in that office is a young lady I believe is named Valerie. The rest of the contacts were useless. Valerie saved this job from being cancelled. In the end, I love the EzShades, Rico and his team did a great job on the install but the communication issue really left a sour taste in my mouth. Only talk to Valerie.

The installation was very good—when it finally happened. The sales process was misleading. They demanded 50% up front, called the “scheduler” in the office, who said they would probably schedule us for installation in two weeks. Two months later, we got our gutters. I would not have objected to waiting, but for weeks they refused to even schedule us. I worried for most of this time that we had been scammed out of $1000. The salesman seemed ok, but everyone he called back in the “home office” was deceptive, even threatening to increase the price if we didn’t agree to a contract that day. (We had originally called to price an awning, and told them we weren’t looking to spend a lot on it, but they refused to even give us a ballpark without sending a salesperson. Then they bullied us to agree to their price that day. Needless to say, we did not do the awning. Maybe they made us wait on the gutters as a punishment?). At any rate, I have no trust in this company on the sales end and would never recommend that anyone do business with them.
This was my second purchase from Carolina Gutter Helmet both were great experiences everyone I dealt with was very professional and helpful from the salesman to the office help to the installers. They all did a great job. I would and have recommended them to my friends.
I will recommend Carolina Gutter Helmet/Ecoview Window and more when the opportunity arises. You give me a price and date to get the work done. You did exactly what you promised to do for a fair price.
Quick response to online query. I had other companies contacting me up to a week after my initial inquiry. Simply told them I already had a quote and an appointment for install.

We are getting elderly, and climbing up on a ladder to clean the gutters, even though they have screens on them wasn't a good idea. The Gutter Helmet seems to work well. The work was done quickly and efficiently and on time. They cleaned up after themselves and did little damage to the plants around the house.
Too much time has passed in getting the work completed even, with the work being paid in full at the beginning of the job.

So far so good, AFTER we finally got a schedule for the guys to come out. They were very nice and very professional. Time will tell how good they work. Still skeptical if they are worth the price

All representatives from CGH were professional when I dealt with them. The installation team that came to my home got here on time and was led by a very detail-oriented person who, with his team, did a very clean and effective job. The team left my premises without a single speck of rubbish, which I greatly appreciate, and the gutters worked perfectly during the next rainstorm. I've already recommended CGH to a friend because of my positive experience.
