Once the work was done, I was told I may get a portion of my money back on materials they did not use on the deck. I do not have any paperwork on the roof. I contacted my insurance company and they needed documentation. I talked to Brody; he was going to send me the document in the mail and the vacation voucher but I still have not received anything. I have nothing to show that I had the work done. I don't feel good about this. The guys who did the work were very professional, did it quickly, and cleaned up well. They will send me stuff over my phone but I don't know how to print the messages.

Their communication with me has been subpar. They were supposed to come out and do the job. I had to call them multiple times to get it scheduled. I wasn't happy with their communication whatsoever. They promised me a free vacation. I called and spoke to the owner, and he assured me that the company that handles those deals would contact me. I paid out right and didn't finance it. I still haven't heard from them. That was three weeks ago.

They did an excellent job, especially Ruben and Scott. The teamwork and the clean up was good.

Best Choice Roofing's communication could use improvement. I had to follow up on a couple of repairs. The estimate timelines consistently got changed. However, once the project was done, it turned out really well.

There were issues that we had to repeatedly call about. It was fixed to our satisfaction in the end but disappointing that on several occasions we were told they were coming out to fix and never showed and we never got a phone call to reschedule. We would have to call. Not great customer service.

Would likely recommend this company. They replaced my roof in one day, so disruption was minimal.

they are expensive but if you take in the replacement of materials plus instalation which no other company offers free instalation when replacing then add in 50 years rather than the normal 20 Years warranty

I liked the professionalism of the entire organization.
