No, not likely to recommend. Two days after my gutters were thrown away, they called me to notify me that the insurance company is only covering half of the gutters and tried to pin the cost on me the homeowner. In fact, they threaten to hold the project up until I cover the cost of the gutters. In their words “we are at a standstill.” I found out to be very unprofessional to hold my gutters at ransom until it was paid. Only after I mentioned lawyers that they agreed to cover the entire cost of the gutters. It was an experience I will never forget.

We are not happy with Best Choice because of the issues listed below.

I would not recommend Best Choice Roofing. The roof failed inspection 2 times. Their communication was really bad. They had multiple people involved and the left hand didn't know what the right was doing. They said they had filed for the permit and weeks later admitted they had not (delaying their completion date) and wanted all of the money before they started the job. After going round and round, we needed to talk to a manager who agreed to us paying a portion for supplies (which is customary). They commonly communicated the next step after it began. The workers were sloppy and careless, removing the old shingles, they let them slam into the siding by the entry way, making marks that took their person 1.5 hours to scrub off, they marked some of the trim around windows and used black spray paint to cover it on gray trim, they said they would put potted plants and lawn furniture back in their place and left it all over the place, including in mulch gardens over 10ft from the house. They ripped the grill cover. We had to call them twice to come back to make these things right.

I would recommend BCR, You will get best quality service along with getting best quality materials

I'm really satisfied with the promptness and the great work.

They take ownership of the job. They make sure the client is satisfied.

Lack of communication from team members concerning delay of shingle order and date for when roof would be replaced.

I wouldn't recommend them. The communication has been bad and the workmanship isn't 100%.

It was an excellent service. I really like the guy that came to the house and presented the contract.
