You have not provided the necessary documentation needed by my insurance company.

I’ve been waiting over a month for someone to come finish the job and I have contacted the company 8+ times and haven’t gotten a call back. Crew that started the job went through our shed and personal belongings. They also opened our crawl space for no reason and left it open so rain water got into it. I was also lied to in the beginning that the payments wouldn’t start until 60 days after install but got a call from the loan company 2-3 week later asking what the hold up was.

The very top shingles were cracked and they fixed it by using some sort of glue.

They have quality service at reasonable prices.

Best Choice Roofing & Home Improvement was great. It was a wonderful experience. They were on time and did a great job. They cleaned up nicely. All around, the experience was a good one.

Best Choice Roofing does substandard work, fails to complete tasks as promised, and fails to make the necessary corrections. The work's quality is terrible. However, the office staff is pleasant.

They did an excellent job, especially with cleaning up. They repaired and cleaned my crawlspace.

The project took longer than usual. They didn't do a good job because there are nails coming out, and the edges are crooked. Also, there were nails left on the ground.
