Other than the timeframe for when they were going to do it, that is the only problem I had. I just think they schedule too much work ahead of time.

Our experience was the total opposite of the stereotype which one hears in regard to contractors working in one's home. The work was performed exactly to the timescale we were given and with minimal disturbance to our household.

I would suggest putting in a soap dish.

I think they could better explain more about having non-skid flooring for the bath for older people, because that was our biggest concern. My husband has cancer and has just had his hip removed.  The flooring of the bath was so slippery that he fell while trying to get out of the bath. I feel there should be a non-slip feature at the bottom of the bath.

I just had the initial job done. I had a little bit of dripping from the shower head. I called, and they immediately came out and fixed it. I think it was a defective part, but ever since they installed the new part, it has worked effectively.

We felt positive and excited about the shower installations. Mike was such a hard worker, so good about showing us his progress, and answered any questions. We felt he was an expert in his craft.

I'm not to happy about where the showerhead despenses the water it is too far to the left and I would like it to be more centered. Is there anything that can be done about that? Thanks for your help.
