Bath Planet did not do what they said they were going to do. I called them and they tried to minimize the damage. Bath Planet needs to rectify this situation IMMEDIATELY. I'll be waiting.

I am more than pleased with our new shower. They made the process easy and was with us each step along the way. It took quite awhile to get on the schedule because of delays in delivering of the materials but someone would reach out to update us regularly. The shower is beautiful. Our salesman had great suggestions on how to keep us within budget but not compromising on what was important to us.

I have already told friends and family how pleased I was with the job. Also told them that if they had a new tub or shower in mind, to definitely use Bath Planet. They would not be disappointed.

If a friend is interested in exploring a vinyl solution, I would definitely recommend BathPlanet. I would also recommend if they are merely considering a nontile solution.

I have recommended a friend and they have an appointment 07/16.

They did exactly what they said they would do. They ripped everything out to look for any problems, they moved my plumbing over, they told me exactly what they were doing, and were speedy. There was one little problem and they came back immediately to fix it.

This is a luxury bath remodel and hence, not inexpensive. My Mother in Law has the money and desire. I would have done the job myself IF I felt it was needed .

I had a great experience with Bath Planet installing a walk-in tub for my 81 yr old mom. They were always on time and never late. They explained the whole process and found problems that needed to be fixed prior to installing the tub. We were thankful they let us know so it could be fixed first. They did a wonderful job installing the tub and explaining how everything worked. My mom is now able to take a bath and won't be tripping over the tub. The tub itself is high quality and the walls will be easy to clean. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Her bathroom looks wonderful and she is very happy.
