I do not recommend B&G Home Improvements. Brandon wasn't professional. They still have not came back to review the work they sent the staff to do to make sure everything was installed correctly. I have issues. I like my laminate floors, but not the painting of my walls and shoe molding. I can't discuss anything with Brandon!
The company was very professional and courteous! The office manager Christy was very responsive to all of my questions. Bruce was great. He answered all of my questions and kept me updated on what was going on. My husband and I were very satisfied with how everything went.
This is a difficult question. Their workmanship is fantastic. The problem is they have awful communication and the schedule we came up with went right out the window. I shouldn't have to call them to finish work I'm paying for.

They were hard to get ahold of, you have to follow up with them constantly. Also when you're signing your contract they will not give you a hard copy of the changes made within the contract which is frustrating.
They got the work done, but It took forever because they were working on way too many projects at the same time.What should of taken a few weeks ended up taking a few months, completely unacceptable.
Brandon and the receptionists were pleasant to talk to, and even though some of my paperwork got lost (and it was my fault), the employees helped located where the breakdown in communication occurred. I trust this company to do their best work within the limited amount of money I'm able to pay them.

Everything--I'm reading off a list of things that I wrote about them. They left the carpet--the old carpet they took out--they left in front of my house for a week and a half before they could take it and throw it away. I had neighbors complain about that. One of the boys left chewing tobacco in my downstairs sink.
