They left the carpet--the old carpet they took out--they left in front of my house for a week and a half before they could take it and throw it away. I had neighbors complain about that. One of the boys left chewing tobacco in my downstairs sink.

First of all you don't have the correct information list for this survey, the address is wrong and so is the name. I am completely dissatisfied with this company. I had to make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get the job completed. To me the job was half done and very rushed after the complaint. I'm just glad it's over with. I will never use this company again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone I know. However, I was satisfied with the ladies in this company they did an excellent job packing up my things and cleaning at the end.
I was satisfied with the repair work performed by B&G Home Improvements following a leaking water pipe in my kitchen wall. The response time for an appraisal of the damage and repair costs, was prompt. After my insurance company had approved the claim the repairs were made in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction.
