Mike Healey, the project manger was fantastic! He explained the entire process to me before the team arrived onsite and worked through the troubles we had with weather. He was available to answer all my questions and resolved the minor problems I had with an apology for the inconvenience and a comforting word to let me know my difficulties had been heard and my concerns as a homeowner were put to rest. Mike was great and the team of workers were quick, professional and competent. I am thrilled with the end product. I would definitely hire Baker Roofing again if I needed another home-maintenance project.

The Salesman was professional. The project manager, Robert Allen was excellent at communicating every step of the project. The crew was professional, conscientious and clean. We are enjoying our renovation and getting many compliments from neighbors.

The work, once completed, was fine. However, I dealt with too many people and important facts were often not convey between the various managers and the on-site crews. It appeared very disorganized.

They did very good work. When we had concerns, they addressed them very well.

I wanted Baker Roofing to do my project because of two things 1) Quality, it was going to be done right 2) They could handle all my project needs. We wanted windows, siding and gutters. Mike Healy, our project manager, worked very close with us. He communicated clearly and recommended things that I, as a homeowner, just wouldn't have seen. Was everything perfect? No, it wasn't. But what project is I highly recommend Baker Roofing, and if you're lucky, you'll get Mike as your project manager.

We purchased a home in May 2022, and we knew it needed a lot of exterior work. Baker Roofing did an amazing job in addressing all of our issues, from roofing to siding to stonework to deck repair. Their project managers were professional and communicative, and we had confidence that the work was being done right the first time. We added a few new items as we went, and our change orders were clear and reasonably priced. Overall, the work was excellent and they came in ahead of schedule and under budget. What more could we ask for?

It was great to work with a company that supports you throughout each stage. I also worked with them on my gutters and siding. They have been very helpful and professional. I appreciate how they made sure the people working were kept safe by making sure they were hydrated and were getting breaks. They listened to me when it came to the garden and flowers and made an effort to accommodate what I was telling them. They explained things about the materials and what changes needed to be made. It was meaningful how they made it to where I could understand. They were flexible about where to park so that my trash could still be collected. I can see why they have been in business for years and why they have the ratings they do. I did go over their ratings, which was part of the deciding factor. 

Baker roofing was prompt, professional and organized. Many of my neighbors have used other companies and regretted the process. One of the other companies I contacted seemed almost indifferent, uninterested. I felt an immediate connection with Jim Stober of Baker Roofing, who came out to estimate my job. Home Exteriors by Baker Roofing was performed with professionalism, good quality and daily communication. We were very pleased with all of their services from Bidding and Material Procurement through Demolition and replacement of all new Siding, Trim and Windows.

I talked with other roofing companies but none came close to Baker Roofing. In addition to the new roof, we knew we wanted higher grade insulation but on top of the roof deck so as to maintain the height of the attic space for future renovations. Baker was extra helpful in working with the manufacturer and developing the details to make everything work: new roof, much improved insulation, larger gutters and downspouts, and modified eaves.Both the Estimator Chad Petit and the Project Manager Pete Mandic were top rate! We are so happy with the finished project!

I did write a customer review on the Baker Roofing website. I give it a 5-star review in every aspect; the project management, planning, execution, pricing, and everything. They are well organized, trustworthy, honest, and very fairly priced given the high quality of their deliverables. They have my highest recommendation. I am retired. I come from a very large cooperation where I was the Senior Manager. I know end to end quality. I believe in all aspects of what they do, Baker Roofing is highly professional, highly knowledgeable, and highly competent in all of those areas.

When I originally contacted Baker Roofing, it was about a three week wait for a quote. Then it took about two more weeks to get the work scheduled. When the appointment day came and nobody showed up to do the work, I knew I selected the wrong company.

But to make their customer service even worse, three different people blamed me for their mistake. I was not the one who scheduled the appointment, they did. I was given the choice of August 27th or August 31st.

The customer service representative said I must have written the wrong day down. Two voice mails also said the work was scheduled for September 7th. Blaming the customer is never a good idea in any business especially when the mistake was made by a Baker Roofing employee.

I had to miss a day of work only for them to no show on me and then they say they can fit me in later in the week where I'd have to miss more work for them likely to no show yet again.

Then they even claim this is not the way they normally do business. It is all I've seen and experienced that the company screws up then blames the customer. I respect myself enough not to deal with a company that disrespects a customer and does not value their time.

I'd suggest finding a professional and reliable company to do business with as Baker Roofing is unprofessional and unreliable. I know that is what I will be doing and if I had chosen a better company in the first place the repairs would have been made months ago and that was my mistake.

I have high praise for all throughout the process starting with LaSonya in the office who answered my initial questions, Rob who provided the estimate and quickly answered my follow up questions, Pete who managed the installation taking care that all details were handled to perfection, Alex, Lonnie and Arnold, the installation team who took care at every turn to ensure the precision of the installation, the roofing crew who made sure the roof installed by another company several years ago was brought up to proper standards, and finally Marcos and his team who handled the finishing touches with the sealing and painting tasks. Pete was always a step ahead working with my schedule for a stress-free process, no small task. (After the job was finished, another service technician asked about the siding and finishing work because he was so impressed.) I am thrilled I chose Baker and highly recommend them.

Don't skimp on roofing costs. We found serious termite and water damage that required rebuilding of some framing. Baker took care of it without a hitch and the pricing for the change orders was not out of line. Highly, highly recommended.
