Some items were not submitted to insurance and there is no detailed information to reconcile billing. Downspouts were not installed per owners request. In addition, One is stalled vertical and the one next to it horizontal. Communication on garage door install never occurred and was installed incorrectly and panel had to be replaced. Damage done to home that we will have to repair and was handled in an unacceptable manner which relates back to inability to reconcile billing as things were not sent to insurance. Was told they would put a scope in drain spout to check on blockage but was never done.

I watched Allstar work on my neighbor's home and was impressed with their work. Unfortunately, our experience was not quite the same.

Overall we are very happy with the work that Allstar did for us and also appreciate Luke getting our insurance claim handled so efficiently

The people at Allstar are great. Professional, on-time, fair price. They also determined that two vents on the roof were actually drawing air in, resulting in regular leaking into my house.

Was difficult to work with, felt left in the dark most of the time, and was pressured for payment when the work was not complete.

They did an excellent job, they did everything they said they would do, and they did the job in a perfect and extremely fast way.

I have used them after two disasters and they did a good job both times.

I wouldn't recommend them.

My contractor was easy to work with, made sure work crews were timely and completed work. When a work crew damaged our deck it was replaced at no cost to me. Our contractor was reliable and followed through on his commitment.
