I like that my walk-in shower was installed in just one days. Charles was very polite, courteous and professional. I am very pleased with the outcome. Billy was also very professional and explained the whole process.

We like the life time transferable warranty. Sales did not try to push higher priced products. Gave us information on the products durability and quantity and let us make decisions.

Charles was terrific on the installation. However he put the shower curtain rod too short so Mike came out and raised it to 78 in.

Nick, the installer was friendly, and very considerate of my home. He did a fantastic job, with the plumbing and carpentry. Did a great job of fitting the new shower

Mad City, they are Professional, easy to talk to, quality of workmanship, attention to detail, answered all my questions that I can understand!!! The salesman, Quinn and workman, Alex and the receptionist are very knowledgeable and helped me with decisions, the work, and the calls. I would recommend Mad City to my family and friends! I also will give a 20 Star rating to all that I have worked with. Oh and I can’t forget Stewart, on my list for 20 Star rating! I have seen other contractors, but Mad City will do their best to make you happy, I am very pleased with the work they did for me!
