We couldn’t be any more satisfied with Tom’s River Door and Window. They made the sales process easy, quick and painless. John came out, took measurements and helped us select our door. The office then contacted us and gave us clear direction as to what comes next. Once the door was ready, they would call and schedule our install, but in the meantime, they would send someone back out to take measurements again - just to ensure that the install would be just right! The door looks great and fits and closes much more smoothly than the previous storm door. I will recommend Toms River Door and Window to all my friends and neighbors.

After researching the company, the products, and customer reviews I am very satisfied with the house main entry door, rear slider door and the garage doors. Installation was quick and done cleanly.
The cost while not cheap was well worth it (long warranties on all doors included) and definitely less than the overly advertised door manufacturer.

Arrived at scheduled time; got right to work. Did not cut corners; unexpectedly rectified a fascia problem above door installation, explained security measures and cleaned up after themselves. Nice doing business with them.

Explained the process of my door installation and answered all my questions and showed up on time. I was kept informed of the status of the door. Waited a couple months which was fine. The door is exceptional quality and worth the money.

Have used TR Door and Window twice to replace old windows and both times have been extremely satisfied with their products and the individuals who have come to our home to do the labor. Will be calling again in the near future for more window replacements.

I have already recommended them. I went into the showroom, not familiar with the area. I came in with an idea in my head of what I wanted. The salesperson worked with me for over an hour to help me with the design. It came out great. I would say they really care about what the customer wants and not what they want to sell.

I had wanted this renovation for quite some time but every time I reached out to a company I did not get an answer. That was very frustrating with the covid lock down. But when I reached out to Toms River Door and Window after the restrictions eased somewhat, they answered me right away and we were in business. From the first phone call to the final installation I was totally pleased. The installers were so respectful and the final project is just beautiful. They even searched out siding to match the original siding on the house which is 30 years old.

If anyone needs windows they should definitely get them from Toms River Door and Window!! There’s a reason they’ve been in business for so long. They are professional, clean, efficient, with quality products and fantastic customer service!
