I called Manuel Hassenteufel a couple months ago about some follow-on work - ZERO response from him after he acknowledged receipt of call???

Manny wasn’t real qu8ck to respond to replacing a big tree that died about 3 months after it was planted but finally did and we got a beautiful replacement.
T project was completed as promised.

After receiving 3 bids on our project we chose Sundrop based on the interaction we had with Manuel. He was very helpful in walking us through the process and recommending the best plants for the look we wanted to achieve. The work was done on schedule and the crew was excellent in prepping the area and installing the new landscaping.
The project came in right below the original estimate and we are very pleased with the new look of our front yard.
They were on time and did a great job
Creative, hard working, professional, reasonably priced. That's all a customer can ask for and expect. Manny and Sundrop deliver.
My only issue is that the wrong plants were put in when the work was done several months ago.
They listened to what we were wanting and helped us create a plan that met our needs. The crew were professional and customer service oriented. We recommend them highly and will use them should we need landscape services in the future.

They do our yard regularly. They just come and do what we ask them to do. We've already spoken today. They've done some landscaping. They've done general and cleanup, extra mulching we've asked for. I'd give them an A overall.
They did really good, and we were really happy with their work. They were just businesslike, and they came out pretty quick. They just did a really good job of getting rid of a bunch of little bushes in the patio and made it more of a good place to sit at.
Everything was beautiful. They did everything they were supposed to. I think they planted some bushes for me and did some renovations in the backyard. It was the best it could be, perfect. I'd be highly likely to recommend Sundrop Gardens Landscaping.
I paid for the service for someone else. I wouldn't be able to rate it. I think she's happy. We found them on the recommendation of another friend. I would have to say they did great service. It was landscaping and lawn maintenance. I would give Sundrop Gardens Landscaping an excellent rating.
They did what I had asked them to do, so that definitely counts for something. I would give them an A-.
It was just lawn service. I would give the overall company a B. We initially had them also doing some weeding of our garden, and that never happened.
They just did gardening and basic routine landscaping. They weren't communicating. They weren't showing up when they were supposed to. If I needed any response, I would go for days without hearing anything. I would give them a D overall.
Sundrop Gardens Landscaping just cleaned out my flowerbeds in the front and the back, and pulled some stuff out that didn't need to be there that were dead—shrubbery and stuff. They were quick. The workers were fine. I didn't interact with them really. The job they did was OK. I'd give them an A overall.
They're good. They just kind of come through, mow my lawn. They blow leaves and stuff. They always show up. They come, and they do their job. That's good for me. I would give them an A.
