Overall, I have been satisfied with Rocklyn Homes and the home buying process. They offer things that are not always standard which puts them above others. My only complaint is that I feel like some small details were rushed and could use some fixing, but thankfully they offer a 45 day walk through to address these issues. I would recommend purchasing from them.
From the very beginning of the process all the way to close, the communication and professionalism was impeccable and made my first time homebuying experience amazing.
It was just ok for me. The quality wasn’t as great as I expected. I’ve had better new home builds. And I didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t allowed to choose more of the design elements.
I was pleased that mostly the project went within the timeline, it was almost kept accurate and pretty close of what was expected.
Overall this builder is of a high quality. While the work of contractors varies, I feel as though the company does a great job of minimizing the stress of the homebuying process. The finished product is gorgeous and definitely head-turning. I followed them for about 3 years before making a move on one of their first units in a new development, and felt very confident that their design team would put together a great suite of options.
The overall process was pretty smooth. Everything stayed on track for the closing. Ida and Alex were great throughout the process. And close to closing, Eli was very helpful as well. So far, the quality of the home is a good quality and a good value for what I paid.
The properties are beautiful, and Rocklyn leave NO room for error on the client end, the contract is the contract. But Rocklyn made changes because of their own errors. So if a friend of mine have the strength to endure the unexpected changes, then yes, maybe a referral
Rocklyn Homes are safe and I love my new home.
They do build beautiful homes, but there are just some issues. They are under warranty for the first year, but I have had so many issues with my house.
Didn’t appreciate having to drill a hole in my brand new home because conduit pipe was not working. Never came out to attempt a fix everyone just kept passing the blame. I should be able to use my home as it is design. Integrity is lacking.
Overall, they build a very quality home, but there seems to be a disconnect in some builder and HOA communications. What got conveyed to the customer wasn't always true.
My salesperson were amazing. Leslie and Jacqueline were very helpful. I was out of town buying and came back to town to sign my contract. The communication was phenomenal.
They were very professional, helpful and timely.
I would say the workmanship is very sloppy. They do not pay attention to detail. I was not happy.
I am likely to recommend Rocklyn Homes because they are organized and I had a great experience with them I will definitely buy more houses with them in the future.
Ask me at the end of my stay.
I moved from out of state. When my realtor showed me the home I fell in love with it and made an offer that same day. I truly love my home thus far.
The house is beautiful, but there were issues I mentioned to Rocklyn Homes in the walkthrough/closing that still haven't been fixed.
So far, so good.
We just don't get a lot of assistance. The homes are built nicely but we don't get the best assistance with customer care and the homeowners association.
Rocklyn Homes builds quality homes and their process is pretty smooth.
The process was very smooth. The house was built on time. The customer service was top notch. They walked me through everything.
I am likely to recommend Rocklyn Homes due to the great experience, superintendents, and build.
Construction Quality - It's good quality but the paint used on the frame of the doors and crown moldings is wonderful, but the one used on the regular walls could have been better. I'm sure it contributes to the cost but I wish it was better.
Customer service is subpar. Poe materials and they refuse to honor warranty.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Rocklyn Homes as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5.
