Exceptional Customer service,
The customer service I received was great, as well as the property manager. The value is great for the floor plan I have.
I found Rocklyn Homes to be a very easy and caring company, and they made the process very seamless for me.
We've been living here for a year and a lot of things are starting to lift like flooring and siding. They haven't called us for our one year walk through yet.
I had a good experience working with Rocklyn Homes.
I would recommend them to anybody.
It was a smooth process. It worked out well.
I like my home.
They have great customer service and are attentive.
Great value! The home seems well built and the staff from sales to production were great to work with. Met all my needs
I love the subdivision I pretty safe within the gated community however I am concerned about the surrounding area. I will recommend to friends!
Everything was well done and I am happy with how it turned out.
After moving into my home, I feel that the construction was a bit rushed / premature. No heat, incorrect keys given at closing (inability to lock home for over a week), and not being allowed to attend the initial acceptance walk of my home were all issues that added to an already stressful process.
I feel like the product was and is rushed, workmanship is sloppy, no attention is given to detail and care is not given to the materials throughout the process as I have scratches and chips in my brand new bathroom countertop as if tools were being slid across it. My tub also has fine scratches along the top as if it was scrubbed with a brillo pad. My microwave number pad has fine scratches on it as if someone wiped it with a brillo pad and removed the protective plastic film (which would have prevented the scratches). Prefab doors were not painted completely, you can see where too much paint was used and where is starts to drip and dried that way, the flooring isn't durable and has chips of wood missing even though I have yet to move furniture in. A window in my loft rattles if the wind blows hard outside, paint wasn't cleaned off the stain on my stairs, adhesive is inside my tub and sinks...I loathe the pillars as they look like complete and utter crap where they used material to fill in lines between the wood, didn't smooth or sand it, slapped up paint that looks shiny and dull in certain spots, just a horrible upgrade if you will to the previous pillars that had more trim and detail. Some of my kitchen cabinets have chips in them and spots where it doesn't look like the factory did a good paint job. Some of them are missing the bumpers on the inside of the cabinet doors, my oven screeches when it's on, appliances were changed from GE to Whirlpool with no notice. No one came back to complete the areas I listed in my pre-closing walk through, so I still have stuff not completed from my acceptance walk through (although Katie Kline & Mynor did get with me & it will be addressed at my 45 day). The whole mailbox situation has been a disaster as no one told me where the locations were & no one knew the location of my exact mailbox except the mail carrier Ms. Mary. I'm still in the process of trying to get it relocated as there's a mailbox station within steps of my unit. Overall, I just feel like they're slapping up these homes quickly and the work doesn't look professionally done. The cleaning crew should be using microfiber cloths to prevent so many fine scratches and countertops should be protected if tools are going to be placed on and slid across them. Everyone just needs to keep in mind this is someone's brand new home, so treat it better than you would treat your own...with gentleness and care!
It was a smooth interaction.
The homes are beautiful. I would definitely recommend them.
I would recommend a Rocklyn Home to friend, but I would also suggest that once a contract is placed to ask for some type of schedule/timeline of what would be happening during the process.
Primarily it is regarding the loan company. I had issues with the loan company. When I initially did the walk through things weren't fixed. They need to make sure there is enough time to get things done.
It depends on what the friend is looking for. However, I do believe that the square footage and layout of the home is better than most of the other builders for a townhome.
I am not satisfied with the project however the company is trying to address the issue.
I love my new home. I'm impressed with the stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and fireplace.
What we signed up for and what was delivered were two totally different things.
Holly was the reason I bought the house, she really took care of business to get me in the house. I think she needs a promotion!
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Rocklyn Homes as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
