I came across a Rocklyn Homes ad on Facebook and had my realtor reach out to view the property. I was able to tour some sample homes with Devin and went under contract immediately because I was happy with the area and the value of the homes. The process was very smooth with a few bumps in the road but overall, it was a great experience and I’m happily satisfied.

I moved into an incomplete house. After weeks of requests, including a non-working dishwasher, there's been no communication. My gate key doesn't work, and there has been no communication about getting it fixed. There was supposed to be another walk-through with the builder, but they no-showed. There's paint on the hardwood floors, there are holes in sockets, and stains on the carpet. It's still not fixed. The crooked cabinets are also not fixed after three walk-throughs. There are fingerprints on the walls that were supposed to be painted over but weren't. I'd give them a zero if I could. I wouldn't recommend anyone to move into these homes.

Rocklyn Homes should take care HOA paperworks themselves, not buyers. I do have to call my agent several times regarding the closing date due to HOA delayed; because HOA sometimes replied other time they didn't. It looked they don't have any particular business time. I ended up paying $1500 fine due to closing delay that caused by HOA approval.
I am happy that I found Rocklyn Homes during my home buying process. Everything was easy and the sales/community representative responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. Looking forward to spending time in my new home.

David Tenenbaum was more than open to answer any questions. He is the only reason I went with this company. David alone blew me out of the water when it comes to customer service. David was able to answer all of my questions and he is so open. I've never met anyone with better customer service than David.
My experience with Rocklyn Homes was fair. The experience with them and all the other lenders I worked with were very different, though, in a not very good way. That mostly has to do with the customer service I received initially and the fact that I didn't qualify for 3% down, when I qualified for 3% down with three other lenders.
Job was rushed. There are some issues that should not have waited until the 45 day walk through and there was still someone in my home at 8p the evening I closed. Clean up was not thorough - there’s paint smeared into the floor cracks. My black fixtures have paint all over them. I don’t feel like I had an inspection at all. I was even missing a light bulb. All in all it could’ve been better but it’s not terrible.

The craftmanship is terrible. I've noticed so many issues when it comes to the quality of the work and things being half done. The blue tape walk thru was almost a waste of time because it appear a lot of things were just covered up with paint instead of actually being corrected. Very very disappointed and would never recommend rocklyn homes to a friend or enemy.
I am very satisfied with the overall service provided. Sales Manager, David Tenenbaum, was simply the best. Even at 1 in the morning we would answer my questions and concerns. I was very impressed by his availability and customer service. The preferred lender, Bank South, was also amazing. The entire team was always available to answer question/concerns and the process was very smooth. Haley Pendley followed up after I closed and moved in to my new townhouse and she was also very helpful and provided great customer service. She answer a few questions I had and set-up my 45 day walk-through appointment.
Only if they would meet completion date on time which they did not do, fix all of the obvious flaws in workmanship- gouges in paint walls wood trim work. Charging residents for HOA when original residents like myself did not receive garbage included tennis courts and other services that were advertised on website and online forums. There is no person to contact to resolve flaws unfinished issues or any other problems. The only person who gives 115% is holly martin. She’s the most valuable person you have.
I don't feel like they pay close attention to a lot of details. I feel like it was just thrown together, and they took a lot of time to fix some things.
As much as I love my house, I am seeing a lot of issues between my community and Rocklyn Homes. If these issues continue, I would not recommend nor would I buy another Rocklyn Home (at least in this price range). I am sure the Falcon players who live in Rocklyn communities do not encounter the same issues as my community. It's sad that price point of homes dictate good customer service
The design of the home is very nice. The fire wall between each home is awesome. I don’t hear my neighbors and both on each side has kids and dogs. There is lots of space in the home. I love the open concept on the main floor the ceilings in the family/living room.
Rocklyn Homes is a very good company to own homes from. I have been very pleased since I've been here.
