I like the townhouse layout and there is a good opportunity for customization if you get on it earlier in the process. Their serviceable, fashionable and functional.
very professional but had a few quality issues.
They had a lot of hidden damage like the paint job, and flaws in the house. It seems like they built the house to fast.
The quality and structure is short cut, they don/tuse good material.
Rocklyn is useless in every single way. They don’t listen to your needs or care about fixing issues they created at all. They couldn’t even be bothered to put an air filter in my new home. They also found an HOA that is as worthless as they are to reside over us and take our money but not provide any of the services they say they will provide. Do not move to a rocklyn property!!
Rocklyn Homes had very good customer service, and they have great prices. Not only did they have good customer service skills they were also professional, but they were also timely when completing our home, and the team was very knowledgeable.

Overall, I have been satisfied with Rocklyn Homes. There have been a few issues during our 1st year in our new home, but customer service has been helpful and ensured that we were taken care of. Some of the issues we expericenced were not the fault of Rocklyn Homes, and in those cases they did initially take a hands off approach, but after a few phone calls worked to solve the issue as they were the 'owners' of the neighborhood and ultimately had the responsibility to handle the situation.
The help that we get with the person on site, Holly, knew the ins and outs of the process about what's there and not there. With us being first time home buyers we needed that.
I am not happy with the quality of the home or the workmanship. My kitchen draw is broken right now an I called and talked to the lady in customer service. They still have not sent somebody to fix the draw.
So far, everything was good and well organized.
There's chunks missing from doors, sloppy paintwork everywhere... I'm out $70 because my Comcast tech visit couldn't be completed, a patch panel is missing from my connection box There's a rubber cap missing from a door stopper gouging my door if it opens too quick Master bedroom fan pull chain doesn't work The kitchen island base is coming apart, and the island outlets are on the refrigerator circuit. Some outlet plates and light fixtures are crooked. Everything just feels rushed and overlooked.

The customer service went down as soon as I closed on my home. Now it seems like they don't care at this point anymore. All the issues have not been taken care of even before closing.
Rocklyn Homes is a great company to work with, they have great housing. The only thing is the communication might be a little off. Everything else was great working with them.

I really enjoyed the process and I like the way the home was built. I will say the closets are way to small for a home. They're really like hallways closet and they should have gave us a little more room for the closet space.
