Everything with Rocklyn Homes was great. They were super efficient and fast. I didn't have any issues.
I think they could have better customer service. Especially for people that are first time home buyers and work with people through the building and construction process. Everything seems very rushed. When you are buying a home, it is a lot trying to think of everything. If they had somebody like a liaison to make suggestions or look at certain things to double-check and make sure things are not missed, I think that would be helpful. Some things they don't even ask, like the placement of outlets or where your televisions might be, things like that; over above and beyond customer service type of stuff. Most people mount their televisions now and they automatically out the T.V. jacks at the bottom when during drywall, you could have easily out the jacks at the top. Things like that people think about after the fact, and if they had someone answering that through the construction process, it would make that a little bit nicer.

I wish that they could do better quality. If I want to pay for a different, better quality paint, I wish that I could do that.
From the time we moved in, there was always an issue. We were within 2 hours of final walk through and closing and none of the work from the punch list was completed. There were still exposed wires in my home, etc. They had to bring in an area manager to correct everything. Our experience from the beginning was just downhill. While I do appreciate Rocklyn Homes effort to fix and correct everything, it just left a sour taste for us, to the point where we are looking to move.
