Communication
Northeast Kitchen & Flooring and I had a miscommunication. There was a miscommunication because they used an online system that I wasn't familiar with and had trouble using.
Quality Of Workmanship
I am satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. Every person who came in was top notch in their own specialty.
Recognized Excellence
I would like to recognize several people for their exceptional service. Tommy the painter is amazing! The carpenter took special care to make sure the cabinets were installed correctly. Debbie the designer is creative and helped me get exactly what I wanted. She suggested things to me that I wouldn't have thought of with the design. Mike the owner is very reliable. Mike was very available to us whenever we needed him or had questions.

We really are very pleased with the result. We had certain objectives and the project exceeded our expectations.

Debbie was a wonderful interior designer and wonderful salesperson. Bob is very competent. I want to hire him on my own. They were all very good.
