Jamison was friendly to work with. They completed everything they said they would and worked with us to get the best solution for our basement.

Excellent service when getting French drain put in. Then, when cracks appeared in the concrete, someone came to patch them up and did a beautiful job. Another crack occurred and water came up through the crack. Jamison sent two people on a Saturday to take care of it. One was a trainee and he did an awful job. Really ugly and a different color of concrete. I contacted Steve and sent the supervising person out again from the Saturday job who fixed how it looked as best as possible. Hoping there will be no more water coming up into the basement now that the crack is fixed. Overall, I am very happy with Jamison. Very professional and responsive in terms of Steve and the office staff.

They put a tarp down to protect the steps when doing the sidewalk. They did the work in a timely manner and explained everything. I couldn't ask for a better service.

I wish they were more helpful with how the masonry work on the chimney interfaced with the siding and roof. Had to remove the siding myself and then trim to fit the new width of the chimney. Wish more effort was spent to match colors of brick and mortar.

Very professional company. Answered the phone, returned calls, workperson showed up when scheduled, and did a great job. Reasonably priced too.

I had flooding issues post installation of an egress window (that had never happened prior) that were directly related to the installation itself. Backfill soil eroded/sank after installation as it wasn't compacted well enough into the cavity that was excavated for the window. This left a hole at my foundation wall that was compounded by soil now being graded towards the house rather than away. The installed cover on top of the egress pit was also not properly secured to the masonry causing it to blow off during a storm with high wind. Luckily it was not damaged and I was able to put it back in place and get a contractor to install the missing Tapcon screw on the hinge so it would be fully secured.

A few attempts to get the issues fixed failed so I finally paid another company to come out at additional expense to fix the issues I encountered. Overall, I would not use Jamison over their competitors for any additional jobs at my home.

I am likely to recommend Jamison Home Services to a friend because they were fantastic. They were very professional, neat, and came in and did the job. There was a small problem that they came back and corrected no problem. I don't have a bad thing to say about them.

I have used them on every property. I am a return customer, and they have put waterproofing on 7 or 8 of my properties. I trust them.

The main problem was that when we had a discussion about the scope of work, Jamison Home Services agreed. When the workers came out, they said they had a much shorter scope of work than we expected. We wanted much more done. As an example, we thought they would be doing 5 things when we discussed with them, they agreed. But they only completed 2 items. When they were done, we thought there was more work left to do. Finally, nobody was happy. Especially us because we wanted more work done.

I had a bad experience. Poor quality of work and I would have liked the first person that visited to have more expertise to have good recommendations on the work and taken the time to explain why that was the way to go.

A constant struggle to ensure the work was completed at an acceptable level of quality and consistency. There were a range of details which were omitted during the bidding process which dramatically complicated finding a common understanding of how the work would be completed. At the end, we finally accepted completion of the job despite continuing reservations about it.

They left a pile of mortar in our backyard, which severely affected the drainage. When we called for them to address this issue, they dragged their feet and claimed that they were not at fault for the problem. They did not offer to remediate the issue in any way, and they were very condescending to my wife in person.

The crew who installed the encapsulation in my crawl space were very efficient and professional. They finished in the time that was quoted. Fernando, who led the crew kept me informed as to the progress of the job. I would recommend Jamison to others.
