I had water leaking from my basement floor and called Jamison for consultation. Making the appointment was easy. Ken came out and diagnosed the problem immediately. He made recommendations and explained thoroughly the work that’s going to be done. He patiently answered all of my concerns and questions which I appreciate a lot because I have encountered vendors that can be dismissive or have a tendency to talk over you. I talked to a few contractors and decided on Jamison because their pricing was within my budget. The friendly group of Luis, Nelson, and Jose did the project as scheduled. They came on time and showed respect for my dwelling place while working in the project. I highly recommend Jamison. They are competent, reliable, and respectful. The project was done well and have not had any problems. I will definitely hire them again if I encounter any new waterproofing problems.

Had these people out to fix a crawlspace that had water seeping in when it rained. They worked quickly, and cleaned up nicely. I waited a while for some heavy rains to come, and I have a dry crawlspace for the first time in years.

Charged for work (Dryer vent cleaning) that was not completed-documented proof. Several attempts to get money back-which did eventually happen-but no apology or explanation of why. Recommended work that 2 subsequent contractors said was not necessary.

I contacted Jamison Home Services for a second opinion after receiving a surprisingly high quote from another chimney repair company in Oreland. Daniel arrived promptly and was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

He and his partner replaced my outdated wood firebox with a modern wood stove insert and liner, removed and replaced the chimney crown, and caulked the joints near the siding. The installation was done efficiently, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

If you have a chimney, outdated fireplace, or masonry issues, I highly recommend Jamison Home Services. You won't be disappointed!

The workers had to trim the bush next to the front porch, but they really hacked it. It either needs to be completed reshaped or possible replaced. Also, they left many small pieces of cement or mortar on the grass in front of the porch.

The men worked very hard for 3 days --- it was not an easy job to waterproof our basement. But they did an excellent job and there has not been a drop of water in the basement since they completed their work.

They were able to add us to their schedule quickly, showed up on time, we’re clean and neat, and the quality of work is excellent.

I never received promised estimates for restoring and upgrading my chimneys/fireplace after having one chimney flue inspected last fall as a requirement before scheduling any work. This was true even after I contacted the company after a couple of weeks to follow up on my estimate requests.
I had previously felt there were communication issues with this company, which was a reason for not moving forward with desired fireplace upgrade before last fall's inspection.
