I have always found JP Miller and Sons to be responsive. We are very happy with our technician Patrick.
The previous service tech I had, Patrick Munley, never solved my problem of palmetto bugs. He never returned my phone message I left on a Saturday until the following Thursday night at nearly 9pm. He offered no solutions to my problem and was generally unhelpful. The following morning, I spoke to the company President John Miller to explain my problem with Patrick and that I didn't want Patrick servicing my home any longer. He offered a new service tech, Thanner Roldan to service my home but also offered to have a supervisor, John Smith, who came over to do a band-aid treatment to my problem. He told me Thanner would contact me to do a more in-depth procedure on my home. This was Friday October 6, 2017. Neither Thanner nor anyone else called me to follow up. I called the company President Mr. Miller on Monday October 16th and he said he would have Thanner call me. Thanner called me within an hour and said he would call me by the end of the day to set up a day and time.

It was absolutely positive. Bruce is very gentle and professional and the bill comes on time. I don't have any problem, and I've been with them for 15 years, and I wouldn't change. They do pest control. When I have some more problems, they come right away, and it's taken care of. They did mosquito control last year. I'd give them an A+. Every time I need something—because sometimes I have to speak to them—I immediately receive whatever I need.
It was pretty much positive. I just wanted to make sure they spray inside the screened porch, the screened in enclosure, and they did. Whether they're going to do that regularly or not, I'm not sure. Ants, primarily. I'd give them a B. We've only had the one treatment so far, so I have no complaints today.
