Recognized Excellence - Beginning with my sales rep, Sam Ward, who patiently worked with us as we made all our choices, there were so many moments of excellence. The roofers worked so hard and for such a long day in order to get my roof done in a day and still did a great job of clean up as the sun was setting. The gentleman who installed our doors was so nice and did an excellent and careful job. The crew who did the siding and trim never let challenges that were affecting the time it took to get the job done interfere with their commitment to doing the work well. And Brandon and his teammate did an amazing job of giving me safe steps to my patio door which has allow us to use our patio more since the job was done than we have for years. What a gift. Even the young man who came at the end of the project to work on touch up was so nice and so helpful.
The crew that installed our siding was outstanding.They kept us informed during the whole process.
Job looks great, some delays not of our making. Have had many home-improvement projects done in the past 40-years, when we lived in Atlanta, an addition, when we lived in Fort Lauderdale, full kitchen remodel, etc. Would rate Infinity one of the better projects we have been involved with, but overall, the construction industry, home improvement in particularly, not a gold plated.. full of quality providers... who always keep their word type environment. Satisfied but far from blown away!
The estimator (Tom) was very helpful professional and quick on getting the estimate done. When it came to installing the LP Siding, sofit, and facial the small crew of 3
(Ian, Joe and Roy) were up and running in no time. The quality of their work is great and they were polite and professional the whole while they were here. They completed the job in a timely manner.
