We've used Platinum three times, and unfortunately, this is the worst communication out of all three times. There was a lack of communication and lack of talking, as well as damage done to my deck. Things have not been as they were before. Our deck having scrapes all over it is not cool. It's a composite deck and cost thousands of dollars to put in. One attempt by siding guys to repair that was unfortunately not even close to being what needed to be done and afterward the soffit guys also didn't fix it. It's done now, but nobody took responsibility for it.
As far as I know, it is good. I have not been up on the roof.
All trades were very friendly. There was a significant lack of protection/lack of care shown for the rest of our house. Roofing nails were left all over the deck, 2 deck boards were gouged from the moving of the siding scaffolding (they tried to replace one board, but couldn't even come close, so I ended up replacing it with an old piece that I found in the garage), there are deep scratches in a bunch of different areas on the deck (it's a composite deck, so it can't just be sanded out) that look as if they were caused by the soft metals guys dropping metal from height, the window installers didn't paint/stain the moldings that were going back in once windows were replaced, and there was still glass, siding, metal pieces in the yard.
Bill Balls crew were very efficient... did a fabulous job and left everything spotless when they left ! Very happy with the workmanship !
